I'm not totally sure why, but I want it back. I dragged and deleted it by mistake trying to drag from one page to the other. Can I get it back?
View 11 Replies View RelatedPicked up my X10 yesterday from Vodafone and I am loving it! Always had SE and when I heard about this little beauty I couldn't wait to get it! My first Android phone so still getting used to it! Been reading through loads of Threads about Tone Picker and stuff and its sorted me right out, one thing which I cant do it make Folders in my Menu to tidy it up a bit? For example I wanna put all the Moxier (Calendar, contacts, Mail etc) into one folder so it looks let bogged up! Can you even add folders and move stuff?

Most recently, I mean 2 days ago, I attempt to take a picture and I get a message "camera unavailable" and I can't access anything.
I checked the version, and my phone has Camera v1 and v4 installed (from the update).
I'd really love to try and get this dealt with sicne the camera is pretty good on it

Apart from YouTube, I can't watch anything that involves a video, and for me, that's quite a lot. Any latest news? I did ask before and I was told something about when it gets rolled out isn't the same as when we can actually use it. Can anyone elaborate? Also, when a webpage automatically changes to mobile friendly (e.g. ITV.com) and doesn't have the option that you normally find at the bottom of the page to change to desktop version, is there anyway to change it?

My memory card deletes stuff on it automatically, the phone cannot read it at times and there is no way I can seem to format it either. View 7 Replies View RelatedThis may sound strange but a few days ago I decided to have my WIFI 'Always On', and since then my battery seems to last alot longer.I have tried switching it off for a day to see if it was just coincidence, but with WIFI turned off, my battery died alot quicker. I thought it could be that when connecting through 3G it has to connect through the mass which could be miles away, but through WIFI it only has to connect to my router which is within 5 metres at all times. Maybe I am wrong but nonetheless its great being able to have my WIFI switched on at all times without loosing battery power quicker Is this the case with anyone else?Maybe some people could try this for a day to see if it improves your battery, and if it does so for you as it does for me, then there is another option to improve your battery life

View 2 Replies View RelatedRecently as in the past few days I have noticed that new emails aren't giving me the status update/green flashing light as SMS messages are. The only thing I've done recently is re-flashed with the BA20 update and did a restore from Titanium backup of my apps and system info. I am getting mail, but no indicator. I have the account set to check every 5 mins and send and indication.
I sent a test email to my account and went into settings, data sync and synced gmail and the the indicator worked as it immediately found my new test email. I've received several emails in the past few days though with no indication. Any thoughts?

But when I do this there is no Sony Ericsson option.
I was surprised that SONY is not providing a software which enables the user to sync the Xperia X10 mini pro directly with your computer (e.g. Outlook).
After wasting a lot of time I generated an account at Sony webpage and managed all my accounts including "birthday" but now I found out that the
phone is not creating a corresponding calendar entry and therefore my phone is not reminding me for any birthday.
So I did some modding (unfortunately) to the framework-res.apk file and it worked the first time and a few other times but then I changed something and now when I turn on the phone it freezes at the "Sony Ericsson" screen before the logo. What do I do?
I tried pushing the backup framework file but it says "failed to copy framework-res.apk to /sdcard/framework-res.apk: Permission denied
However, when I use adb devices, it does show my device as being attached.
So what can I do now?
I was also able to pull files...
Also tried manually putting the framework-res.apk in the sdcard and then using adb to copy it to the framework folder. Doesnt work. Saids that the directory cannot be open for read. I guess the device cant read the SD card until it boots up.
I saw that there are already a number of discussions about sony erricson synchronization but I cannot find one for this specific message: Synchronization failed. It wouldn't tell me why it failed, it just spits out that generic message after I click "Finish" in the Sony Ericsson Sync Client Wizard.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'd like to use my X10 to keep all of my contacts' postal addresses in instead of the tatty old address book I carry in my handbag(!) I didn't fancy typing them all into the phone, so thought I would use the Sony Ericsson sync and put them into the pc first via the PC Companion sync application, and set up the sync to transfer them into my phone. I have tried a test run adding only a couple of addresses to my contacts on the pc, and adding one to my phone, but when I do a sync, the addresses don't transfer either way. I know that the actual sync is working because I added photos too and they transfer....... I must be doing something wrong that is easily rectified?

I updated to the firmware .27 just a few days ago, and i had lots of new Contacts in my phone, BEFORE i updated.
And then i updated to 27, and all my contacts were removed ( at the time i had no clue i had all the contacts on SE.com database ) so i copied my old contacts from my SIM-card, and just before i synced i saw all my mew contacts from before i updated the telephone in my database, but now when the telephone synced again it replaced all the new contacts in my database with my old contacts from my SIM-card wich i copied into the phone after the update. how i can get my old database back from SE.com `?

I have installed Sony Ericsson PC Companion on my computer and I managed to add new contacts by adding them on my pc and then sync-ing which updated the contacts on my phone! (I was proud of my achievment...I use my calendar on my phone heaps and I was wondering if I can sync that to my Microsoft Outlook Express 2007 Calendar?
