I know it is probably something simple. Yet I am not too sure the difference between the two. My first thought is that one is a US version and the other international. I just wanted to check and see the difference.

After three years of iPhones, I'm all set with that ecosystem and I want to move on the Android. I followed the Rachel UI since it was demoed last fall and have had an interest every since. Now that the phone is finally in the US I have a couple of questions:
1. Why is AT&T's No Commitment Pricing $349.99 while Sony Style's is $499.99? Neither price involves a new contract or extension.
2. I've read something about Android devices on AT&T being limited in terms of apps. Does that mean I can only install apps from the Marketplace? If that's the case, is it that big of a deal? I've never felt the need to jailbreak my iPhone, for what that's worth.
3. Other there any other downsides to getting the AT&T phone over a import/unlocked model?
4. Anything else an iOS convert should know?
I've poked around on these (and other) forums but couldn't really find black and white answers to my questions.
I would like to know the device model number for android devices like "model number" = 'T-Mobile G1'. can any one please tell me how to do it.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have noticed this evening that a number of my apps seem to be smaller on the screen.Paper Toss now only fills half the screen, Solitaire the cards are a lot smaller and harder to read. And MixZing, the menu font is a lot smaller.
Could these all just be issues with the apps or could I have done something to my phone? I can't see that it is possible to change the screen res on the phone and I have not downloaded any further applications that would have changed this.
Have some problems with the settings..
1. How can i change the number of the desktop screens, i have 5 different screens right now but i only use 3..
2. How can i go back to my original screen? I have tried to kill the adw launcher but it just starts again.
I can make calls ok and send and receive text. I have my voice mail set up but when I receive calls if I miss the call it does not go to voice mail and the caller get a message saying the number is not recognized. Does anyone know if this is a phone problem or a network problem only had this since I have had my X10.

I just got an x10 and I'm very excited about what I've been able to do so far but dialing out takes 3-5 button presses and some searching for the names of the person I'm looking for.is there an app or other way to get a phone call off to a specific persons number. I have been using Xperia X10i from its launch. It was amazing when it was 1.6. Today it is 2.1 and the access is more to its core. Recently I have installed Z4 Root and ROM Manager. When I click on ROM Manager, it asks to select Phone Model. And in the list I do not find Xperia X10. Can I select any phone model and run the process. Got little scared, as phone might brick.
