Can someone tell me how to set the voicemail number for my phone? I just recently got it and it doesn't have a set number for the voicemail.

View 1 Replies View Relatedwhen im typing and its suggesting a word if i click the next key it draws a small circle. if i want to move to the next word i need to either click on the suggested word; press space; or press the back key then go front again. any way to fix this? i know alot of you will say get the htc but i gave it a try and surprisingly (dont bash me) i liked the original more. i would have stuck to htc but when i tried changing key sizes (height or width) it wouldnt let me. my only problem with the keyboard is having big fingers i missclick alot, something i never had an issue with on the iphone (once again dont bash me). so in conclusion i guess what im asking is 1. can i stop the keyboard from entering circles everytime i press next. 2. how can i change key type on htc (i know its in setting but it didnt work). 3. anyone know of another keyboard that has larger/spaced out keys like the iphone?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have had 2.1 for a few weeks, and must say I didnt think I was missing anything having 1.6. But its like having a new phone now I have 2.1 I love it. But one thing that is really annoying is that it is all too easy to accidental go into the arrange icons mode by mistake without even realizing it. Quite often I look at my phone and my address book, or calls have disappeared from the corners and now sit with the icons. Is it possible to extend the length of time needed for a long press?

The alarm on my xperia mini is being very temperamental, it usually goes off the first time (although not always), but the main issue is the phone seems to freeze when i press the snooze button. Is anyone else having the same problem, or better still does anyone know how to rectify this problem?
View 8 Replies View RelatedI have x10 mini 2.1 since I updated to 2.1 any long press on home screen or corner icons goes directly to edit either widgets or icons depending wich screen I have up.This is anoying because many times I press just a little too long and for example end up in the edit icons mode instead of opening messages like I wanted to. Is there anyway to get this as it was on 1.6? Long press didnt open edit, the only way to open edit was trough menu key.

When I dial 333 to connect to my voicemail I can't get the keypad to come up and therefore can't navigate through the 3 voicemail service. I can only listen to my first message, can't delete, save or move to next message. Please help me in my struggle to bring up the keyboard or my Xperia gets a hose head in its bed.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got a Nexus 4 and activated it with a Straighttalk (at&t) SIMS card. I have been using Straighttalk for a while now and simply moved my cell # to this phone. I love the Nexus 4 so far although while I did something pretty silly.... I was messing around with the voicemail settings I accidentally deleted the Voicemail Number that was on the phone.
Now whenever I try to call my phone a voice message comes up which says "Sorry the person you have called does not have voice box set up ect...." Mind you that I did have a voicemail box set-up before I deleted this voicemail number on the phone. I have tried to replace the "Voicemail #" with my own cell phone number but that does not work. Also I have tried just holding down the number 1 but that same message comes up. When I call *86 it says "message cannot be completed as dialed".....
HOW DO I GET THE TEMPORARY NUMBER GIVEN TO ME BY T-MOB FROM MY X10. I JOINED T-MOB WITH MY OWN NUMBER BUT THIS NUMBER WILL NOT DISPLAY IN THE STATUS.

I have been getting text messages from a number. my problem is that i want to forward the message with the phone number that sent it to another phone and my email. how do i do this i know that i can copy and paste it or forward it but when i tried that the phone number did show up only mine. i really need to be able to send the phone number with the original text at the same time.

When I plop my sim back into my old shitty LG VU, I can once again see the number and the name registered to it. Is this an x10 thing?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have noticed this evening that a number of my apps seem to be smaller on the screen.Paper Toss now only fills half the screen, Solitaire the cards are a lot smaller and harder to read. And MixZing, the menu font is a lot smaller.
Could these all just be issues with the apps or could I have done something to my phone? I can't see that it is possible to change the screen res on the phone and I have not downloaded any further applications that would have changed this.
Have some problems with the settings..
1. How can i change the number of the desktop screens, i have 5 different screens right now but i only use 3..
2. How can i go back to my original screen? I have tried to kill the adw launcher but it just starts again.
The phone came with few pre installed programmes that I would like to get rid off cause I wont be using them. Its mainly games I am talking about. I tried to go to programmes and see if I could un install them but thats not possible? Any ideas? Or am I stuck with those programmes?
