I have a x10 mini. Does anyone out there have a problem with the media player not displaying the album cover. Transfering the music is fine and it plays fine but most of the album artwork is missing. Only one album displays the cover art.Any ideas on how to fix this?

Is there any protective covers for the experia X10 like they have for the iphone, especially the touch screen as this gets coveren in finger prints every time it is used and must be continuously cleaned, or do they have a stylus pencil for the Experia?

The phone searched searched for it, and applied the available art to my music. The problem? Half of my songs have a David Banner album cover Any chance I can take it off? Half of the songs have it.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI did find/search music album art for every music in my library and now, when I transfer them to the phone card. some songs doesn't have album art still. However, when I connect my phone to media go and select the song that has album art missing, it show the album art in media-go program normally. I wonder is there a way to fix this problem? Does anybody ever have problem on album art missing? (I have check the art that I use for album, nothing wrong with it. similar size with other and it is jpeg)

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy problem is nothing major but its just annoying and im looking for a fix, after formatting my phones memory card (the one that came with the phone) all the photo's that i take with the camera saved under "Camera Roll" in mediascape but are then also doubled up into an album, i was just wondering if someone would be able to tell me how to stop it the phone making doubles of the photos, the phone never use to do this before i formatted the memory card.
View 3 Replies View RelatedThinking of getting the Xperia X10 but waiting for 2.1 to come out first and see the response from this crowd (sorry for using you guys as guinea pigs. but all this talk about lack of MT but what will I truly be missing without it other than certain games. As an addition to that are there games out there that use don't use multitouch? I'm not looking for my Android to be a gaming device, I have my PS3 and my computer for that but I would like to play SOME games on it.
But, the main gist of this all is is the lack of MT really a problem? I know in this day and age, MT is taken for granted but yeah, is the phone severely crippling without it? I hope to be an Xperia X10 adopter soon.

Album app mixes cover art with photos. And, there is no option to filter them out, or not to include them at all. The cover art are found in music folder, so why are they appearing in the album. Does the xml file in the top folder of SD card need to be modified to ignore photos in music folder?

I just got the X10 not long ago. Literally only a week ago to be honest. I could have sworn I saw the playnow service on there when I first booted it up. I performed an update like I was told by my provider (Rogers here in Canada) and it said there were no new updates. But when I looked just the other day the Playnow icon is missing from the Application folder. which describes others loosing the Icon as well. I've walked through it and I'm not finding it.The last post suggests going to http://m.sonyericsson.com/sam-resetplaynow through the mobile browser on the phone. What I get is a message from the sony ericsson site stating that the page has been moved or no longer exists.Is there a way to get this service back without unlocking my phone? I'll unlock it if I have to, but I really hope its not necessary.

Now when I go to the market there are a lot of apps missing (both free and purchased) such as 3G Watchdog, Meridian, Gem Miner. Anyone else experienced this, have made sure my location is the UK but still they are nowhere to be found even when searching for them (can find the free Gem Miner but not the full paid for version).

Couple of days back I picked up the Sony Xperia X10 Mini Pro at the Dubai Duty Free only to realise after I come home that there is no Android Market application installed on the phone! This is absolutely ridicious, why would I buy an android phone if I cannot access the marketplace? Also if this is the case, it should be clearly highlighted and not sold in places like duty free where you have visitors/travellers and not always the residents of that particular country purchasing the mobiles.

I used the backup/restore and even ZIPped my SDCard separately in case of data loss but cannot work out how to retrieve my notes.
I see in some videos the google search bar in 2.1 is suppsoed to to have the little microphone icon to activate voice search. I flashed 2.1 rodgers firmare onto my x10a and when the phone boots I can see the icon for a few seconds then it deisapears!! Anyone else with the same problem? Was it something taken out by rodgers in their version of firmware?

I can search for names in messaging and everyone from my phone contacts, to my facebook friends and even Fearne cotton from twitter is there! I would like just my phone contacts visible in my phone book. I've tried to back up contacts from before the software update yesterday, and it takes ages to get through to 100% but the names are still missing.

I am using ITunes and DoubleTwist but can not seem to get the Album Art to show or copy to my device. I have dragged a copy of a music folders directly to my device with the system files including the art work and that works fine. But that means I have to set up all my play lists in driod again which is a PIA. Just curious to see if anyone has it working as we would expect. Click sync and viola playlists with album covers!
