I just bought an X10 Mini Pro when i connected my mini pro via USB cable it freezes! i had to download PC companion via SE Support site..after downloading and installing pc companion i tried connecting my phone again via USB cable, pc companion detected my phone but when prompting the phone to mount it freezes! Its frustrating! I can't upload my files to my mini pro..

In my mobile Airtel Live is active. I tried contacting Airtel Customer Care. They say that "this connectivity problem is with you phone. Please contact Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, customer care. I tried "Sony Ericsson Xperia Customer Care, No Use. I'm tired of doing this and I'm frustrated of not using any useful application by having this costly xperia in my hand.
I am unable to synchronize the contacts with my phone. Whatever I add in the phone, it is synchronized with Gmail and I could see the new contact in the Gmail contacts. However, whatever additions I do in the Gmail, such as adding new contacts etc, are not reflecting in my phone.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've experienced quite a lot of problems with the WiFi after updating the Andriod. Everytime I try to connect to my home-network i get that it failed to connect.
The phone didn't have any problems with this before the update.
Anyone had the same kind of problem, or anyone that has a smart fix for it?
Please correct that by constructing a fixation for the USB-port on boardside, caused by the leverage-forces when plugging in or unplugging the charging-cable, so that it cannot break at the solder spots so easily any more. I think one or two gills, pressing from above onto the USB-Port, constructed into the case, would be enough to solve the problem. So the leverage-forces wouldn´t take effekt to the solder-spots of the USB-Port, but to the (new constructed) gills and the case of the X10.

I use mine for work and sync up no problem using Moxier with my corporate exchange server.I want to also setup my personal email using another program. I have tried the stock email program (underwhelming) and K9. I cant get either one to sync with my outlook. I can set up my email address in them, and as long as my outlook on my home PC is closed I can receive emails. As soon as it is opened, emails arrive on the PC and do not show up on my phone.What am I missing? What is the terminology for what I want to do? I am running Outlook 2003, and I dont really use calendar or other functions but I want both our phones ad PC to all e in sync mail wise.

I don't want my contacts and calendar on the Google web server,
Am I really that unusual in not wanting my contact list and calendar contents spinning around the world.?
From what I've read so far there are third party applications that try to fill need, some focused on contatcs and some on the calendar.
Also, that these application add an additional, unexpected cost.
What I want is for the USB connection to provide the ability to sync with Microsoft Outlook on my local PC.
If thats not possible, it would be good to know quickly so I can take the phone back and swap it for one that will let me use Outlook.
Is there any easy way of importing my outlook contacts into my new X10 without using Moxia? Or can I download my contacts to Moxia?

I have tried it for a couple of days and it works great the best all round android phone explorer, it is free but has a donate option which to be fair.
my mate give me his sons X10 to update as he is not very good with computers. I cant get his one to connect via usb hence unable to update or repair.
