I have downloaded nova(cracked) via Wi-Fi. So I played a few times,then it said that I have to check its originality. So I added 127.0.0.1 confirmation.gameloft.com into hosts, but it still says that it is not original.

I'm curious if this is just a Sprint issue. Evo on Sprint is much faster ,so its not a network issue.
Though Galaxy S has got the gorgeous Super AMOLED display and good GPU which is capable of 50FPS, I dont see a whole lot of games developed by Premium Game makers (like EA, Game loft). Also, any game playable with Android 2.1 is compatible with Galaxy S or do we need games specifically developed for Galaxy S?

View 23 Replies View Related I have a Samsung Galaxy Express, which is basically a gimped SIII and ran into some weird slowdown issues. I first noticed with Fast & Furious 6. When I first installed it, it ran smooth. After a few weeks, the game became so choppy it was close to unplayable. I just thought it was a fluke, maybe one of the updates didn't like my phone.
So, after this and other random issues, I did a factory reset. After that I downloaded Injustice, very happy it was finally added for android. Same thing, at first it ran great but after a week or two it started to become choppy. I have cleared all my caches, cleared my ram right before playing by using an app All-in-One Toolbox and I have 2.3 Gigs free space out of 5 Gigs.
The phone runs on Jelly Bean(I think, whatever is 4.1.2) and the model number is SGH-I437. I know there are at least two different Samsung Galaxy Express model numbers so that is why I added that info.
I have a rooted phone (using framaroot) and i tried to move my installed apps and games to my ext sd card (san disk class4 8gb) using link2sd app but it always failed and give an insuffient memory error.. GT-S6312

I have disabled Localization for Google apps and ads and yet when I go into the Store, I keep on getting the message.So after several failed tries, I used App2SD and extracted the .apk into my phone but It wont download showing that it wont find enough resources.

Asphalt HD from Gameloft. I really love this racing game. Its on par with racing games made for the psp. I hope they release an expansion pack with more cars/tracks/events. N.O.V.A from Gameloft. A pretty good fps. It kinda reminds me of halo. I wish there was more weapons and enemies/bosses. note: you cant get this game from the market, you have to buy from the gameloft website. Dungeon Hunter from Gameloft. A standard rpg. Im playing this right now. my thoughts so far is that its a pretty good rpg for a phone but pales in comparison to handheld console rpgs. note: you cant get this game from the market, you have to buy from the gameloft website. Hero of Sparta from gameloft. its a hack n slash game. this is the only game from the gameloft hd series that I didnt like so far. I havent tried the other 5 HD games from gameloft but I plan on doing so.
I really want to try all the high end games for android so please any games you have found

This week I worked like 2 days at my "regular job" and I was thinking about charging a flat rate of 50$ per comp + whatever parts are needed. There are some ups and downs to this.. For one I make 50$ profit no matter how long it takes... the downside is.. I possibly only make no matter how long it takes.The city I live in does have a best buy and a place called "ram computers" which fixes them..I am wondering if this would be worth it.. if i got customers and things panned out.. 30 computers would be enough for a nexus one and the computer i want to build.if I get caught doing it without reporting it, then I could be fined (unless i'm mistaken) by the IRS.. which would be pretty hefty.And it also raises the question is it worth it if I fix a computer, the customer messes it up and wants me to fix it again thinking I did something wrong..If anyone has any experience with this kind of stuff.

I just saw a commercial for the Chase Real Cash Debit Card and in the scene where the guy is standing at the counter and his phone rings, he pulls out a MotoDroid! Just thought I'd share this. I think that it's cool that we are finally seeing Android phones in other commercials. I still haven't seen one in a TV show or movie yet, but I'm sure it's only time before I do. I tried finding the commercial with google, but I guess it's just too new of a commercial to be on the internet yet.

When connecting my Galaxy-S to the Samsung Kies software, my telephone shows up with an incorrect telephone number. I did change the sim-card (and subsequent number) since first using it, but I never logged intio Kies with the old sim-card.The phone is rooted.How do I get Kies (or my Samsung phone) to show my current telephone number?In the phone properties (Menu, Settings, About, Status) the same wrong number is shown.When calling, the receiver sees the correct telephone number. So the issue is not operator related but telephone related.
