change the color scheme of stock calendar app? Personally, I don't like black background and want to change it to soft white or something like that. After syncing with google calendar, Maroon color of google calendar events on balck background makes it very hard to read.

How do you change the notification sound for calendar? The one that goes off on calendar is different than the notification sound in settings. Annoying!Also, any idea how to change the color of the default calendar (exchange not google?)Seems like Samsung makes a lot of these kind of settings much harder to find/change than HTC.

Also noticed on some but not all of the text messages I get, the CB# appears on each one. Have successfully imported my old calendar to Google Calendar which initially synced with the calendar on my captivate. However, when I add a new event to my phone calendar, it does not automatically show up on the Google calendar. the Samsung rep told me I have to edit each new even to mark it as a "Google Calendar". Is there any way to make this the default option on the Captivate phone? I am hoping to have automatic syncronization b/t the phone and the Google calendar without having to force it to do so each time.

Is there an app that will allow me to change the colors of the status bar from black text on light grey to something else? Tried SweeterHome 2 but it didn't really pan out,... I'd load a theme and it'd change everything but the status bar. None of the other "home" programs I've found appear to even touch the status bar. So now I wonder if the status bar is something that Sprint or Samsung or Android itself just won't let people touch. You know, maybe I want the little battery to light up some color other than green. Or whatever.

I was using simple free phone earlier which doesn't require data plan but after two weeks I bought samsung captivate, AT&T added $25 data plan. I got my phone from AT&T store where my friend works so he took my data plan out of the plan for now but he said they will find out and add into your plan again. Also, He said that they recognize by your IMEI number. My question is: Is there anyway I can change my IMEI number? I was thinking to use my simple free Nokia phone's IMEI number and use it for Samsung Captivate so AT&T thinks that I am using Nokia phone.
