On the iPhone I was able to go into the database that stored the calendar colors and modify them to my liking. For google calendars the colors seems to follow what's in my online gmail calendar, however I would really like my exchange calendar to be "Navy Blue" instead of orange.

I did a search but cant seem to find an answer. I finally got my work email set up through active sync. Is there a way to get the calendar events to show up on my google calendar? I use calendar pro which I love. I don't know if there is a work around or I am just not knowledgable enough to understand it. A for instance would be that my work email gives me an event or invite...it will show up on the phones calendar but not on my google calendar/events. (my google notification each morning may say "no events scheduled for the day" but phone calendar/calendar pro will show it)

View 2 Replies View RelatedI've had a look around the forums but I'm struggling to find out how to change the colour of my active exchange calendar. I use Jorte on top of the stock calendar but it doesn't let me change the font colour as this is decided by the stock one.
My synced google calendars all appear in their relevant colours and if I change them online they will update accordingly. However everytime I create the active exchange its always orange and its not the easiest colour to read.
change the color scheme of stock calendar app? Personally, I don't like black background and want to change it to soft white or something like that. After syncing with google calendar, Maroon color of google calendar events on balck background makes it very hard to read.

As of this morning my Google calendar has 3 calendars. I have the one that is my main account, another which I created under the main account and share with the wife, and the third is US Holidays. This morning the colors of the calendars were as follows:
Main: Orange
Shared: Blue
Holdidays: Greyish Blue
I just changed them to:
Main: Orange (The orange that is the top left choice of the color chart)
Shared: Blue
Holidays: Green (The green that is on the left directly below the orange)
Here is the bug. In the HTC Calendar app, all of my calendars now show as Orange, however, in CalWidget the colors are displayed correctly. It seems to only happen when I choose that particular Green.
exchange mail working fine - but two days later calendar is only syncing one way? If I update from Outlook on my PC ( via exchange server) it is not syncing with DI. Make change to calendar on DI - syncs fine with PC.

View 7 Replies View RelatedAnyone else missing random meetings on your phone? I can't seem to find the pattern. Some have a URL, some just a con call #. Yet I can recreate test meetings with both and they come through the device. Here's what I've tried:
-I've remove the account and recreated it, but the problem remains.
-Upgraded to 2.2 OTA
-Rooted, installed CM6 and Virtuous 2.7, issue remained with both.
-Finally installed Touchdown, but the issue remains.
i have htc incredible and activesync is working fine for mail and contact.but i noticed, when i look at the account setting for by exchange account, that the calendar is getting a sync error - 'synchronization is experiancing problems.not sure what to do or where i can find more info on the issue. there are some events in my phone calendar, but others are missing.could it be one corrupt entry that is stopping things? any way to drill down (on phone or server) to figure out what the issue might be?

Initially, my Outlook calendar items also showed up on my Incredible but those calendar items have now disappeared after about three days and any new calendar items entered in Outlook do not appear. Email works fine and contacts entered in either Outlook or the Incredible sync without a problem.

I can't create an Exchange calendar entry on the Dinc because Exchange is not listed as one of the calendar choices when creating a new calendar entry. Any calendar entry created on Exchange is synced to the Dinc & any Dinc modification to an Exchange calendar entry is synced back to Exchange. Just can't use the DInc to create a new calender entry on Exchange.

I would like to have all the calendars sync using the phone as the main source. So for example if I create a meeting on my phone it also shows on my exchange calendar and my google calendar. I have a gmail account setup in K9 mail and am using the mail app to connect to and sync with my companies Exchange server. I have mail, contacts, and calendars setup to sync for all accounts. On my Android calendar app I see both the gmail and exchange calendar items, and in google contacts I see both gmail and exchange contacts. But the calendar events are not syncing with google calendar. I've tried deleting and recreating the exchange account with no luck. Can someone tell me if there's a trick to doing this?

I live by my calendar so this is a big problem for me. My Droid has this function.. I don't understand why Google would leave this out. I guess there's always 3rd party apps.
