So I bought the clear case for my captivate, but noticed I put it on before taking a sticker off the back of the phone. So here I am trying to get it off and not having much luck. Anyone manage to get it back off?

When I bought my Captivate at the AT&T store, they tossed in a free case, which they put on the phone before I could even hold it . This transparent Plastic thing is evil, by which I mean I can't get it off. I'm afraid to take a screwdriver to it because I don't want to risk scratching the phone (that was why I got the case in the first place). Does anyone have experience with "incipio" plastic case? Do you know how to get it off safely? Can I take it in the store and have them do it?

For now I am only planning to put a screen protector and when I'm not using it, slip it in a slim and snug leather case.Anyone here has found something like this that fit their Captivate? I already have the phone protected with the gel case and a screen protector,
but I dont always wear shirts with pockets and I keep lots of scratchy bits
in my pants pockets, so I'm looking for a case I can clip to my belt.

I tried the tv out feature on my new Captivate and my friends 5 hour old Captivate via the 3.5 RCA cables on two different plasma tv's. We did not get a clear output like we saw in the youtube video. We get what looks like an old scrambled cable tv signal. I swapped the yellow and red cable as well as the white just in case the video signal was feeding through one of those cables and we still got the scrambled output.

I'm currently trying to decide whether I want to pay the $162 to get it fixed or sell it for parts on ebay. Thing is, Samsung claims they've only had to replace the glass on 3 captivates so far, and I cannot find a single screen-damaged Captivate on ebay past or present. Did I just have really really bad luck with my drop? I find it hard to believe that so few are getting broken. If I do fix and keep my Captivate I want to get a really protective case for it.

I rooted to get rid of AT&Ts bloatware which I did using System App remover. With Froyo on the way, I was wondering if a master reset would turn it back to stock (minus AT&T bloatware) and enable OTA updates again?

My old iphone had a plastic case made by incase that had a slot on the back for two credit cards or similar, but incase don't make anything other than Apple stuff.

Just curious as to what I am going to mess up? It bent the plastic piece up on my phone and I had to snap it back in place, Now it is loose where it was up. I am going to be buying another case from best buy and returning this one to radio shack. Under Superuser Permissions, I have seen a very long log, and there is no way to delete or celar them off my Galaxy s. For sure it will take up storage memory. No clear log option in Settings of Superuser Permission 2.3.4.
Any friend here can tell me how can I delete or clear this Superuser log? So that it won't eat up my storage space.
How i clear the defaults for apps that don't show up in settings>applications>manage applications? i have the regular and 3d galleries installled, and when i opened the stock gallery, it asked me to choose between gallery gallery and gallery camera when veiwing. i selected gallery gallery and set to default but now when i open a folder, it always opens the 3d gallery folder. i'd like to change this.
