does anyone know if i can get the sense time widget on my droid x. is there a look alike somewhere?
Does anyone know why but my clock/weather widget always shows my location as a few towns over. If i manually open it it then shows it correct as i can add a city myself, but it doesnt update on the home screen, any ideas? I read somewhere about setting your home city, but im not seeing it.

I tried going to settings but it doesn't have many cities...
Anyone know of a good widget that is similar to the HTC sense clock widget? I really liked that on my old phone.

View 26 Replies View RelatedI've installed weather widget donate and when I the clock is displayed on my moto droid screen, it's not aligned correctly. It's bunched to close together and I'm not sure what to do. It seems that all the clocks I've downloaded from within weather widget, it's all the bunched. Any ideas of what I can do? This is annoying as I was really happy to have this widget installed.

I'm looking for a new Alarm Clock/Digital Clock widget because the default one lags. Any suggestions?
View 18 Replies View RelatedI heard HTC made 3rd party makers like Weather Widget remove their similar designed flip clock widgets but is there any way to still get it somewhere on my Droid? I want the exact same look as the ones you see on HTC.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just downloaded this, and really like the sense-like look, but can't find where and how to choose a different skin for the flip clock and calendar widget? Default is nice, but I'd like to tweak it just a tad, and it says it's skinnable.I just haven't figured out how.well, as usual, as soon as I posted I went back and played with it some more, and it looks like you have to configure it as an app, then install the widget. Correct?
View 4 Replies View RelatedSo please please forgive me if this has been asked, or is in conjunction with another thread, but I have a question for you all. Maybe you guys can help. So I know the sense Roms for the droid are around the corner (hopefully), but im not completely sure of what is included in it.
My only desire from the sense ROM would be the bookmark widget that is found on sense phones. Looks like the pic below. I was wondering if there might be apk out there that could be ported over with the fixed resolution for our phone. Or is my phone waiting for the sense ROM. Sorry I'm kinda obsessed with that widget, but not worth it to trade my droid for just that.
Is there a, possibly, a fullscreen clock widget that shows the clock and active alarms? Thanks.

View 2 Replies View RelatedIm using launcher pro and im wondering if there is any widgets out there like the sense style photo widget that lets you flick through your photos on your home screen. Is there anything like that on the market place or not on the market place?
View 8 Replies View RelatedOne of the things I liked about Sense (I'm rooted now and running the Second Wave ROM) was the HTC weather animations when the screen was unlocked. After installing Widget Locker, I noticed an option to turn them on and now I have them back! I also installed the Weather & Toggle Widget and installed the weather skin that looks just like the Sense weather with the flip clock. The annoying part is that when it's sunny, or partly sunny, the "sun animation" from Sense doesn't perfectly align with the Weather & Toggle Widget weather icon. I know, I know, it's a minor problem and goes away when the animation is done, but the lack of symmetry sometimes annoys the hell out of me.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI want the HTC Desk Clock Widget (the one with great weather animations, etc) on my Droid X. I was thinking it would be easy, but I'm guessing I'll have to "root" both devices. In lieu of that, does anyone know of a Desktop Clock app WITH weather that actually works properly on the Droid X. The one I purchased the other day (and since returned for refund) (from "Apps4Cause") was virtually non-functional.
View 1 Replies View RelatedNeone kno if by using the standard clock weather widget on home screen drains battery? Or does the weather only update over a period of time? Just wonderin if i should remove it for just a clock and use the weather channel.
View 5 Replies View RelatedIs there a widget for switching HTC Sense "scenes"? Or a "shortcut"? Seems like that would be a simple one to implement. My idea would be a 1x1 shortcut I could put on my home screen to switch to my "work" scene. Then in the work scene I would put one to take me back to my "home" scene.

View 15 Replies View RelatedI have a couple of questions about the sense weather clock widget...first, when I had the Eris I though I remembered it actually flipping and I know in WM's sense it does flip. Also is there anyway to skin the clock w/out root? I had the black clock on my Eris after the 2.1v2 leak upgrade.
View 5 Replies View RelatedHow many people here are having an issue with the clock/built in weather widget here? I for one am. It force closes, thereby rendering it useless and freezing everything up. Anyone find any solutions yet? I really love that clock widget and want to keep it up there with updated weather, fix for force close problem on weather widget on 2.1!believe i just fixed thbis problem.goto applications, sort by name. goto "weather provider" and clear data.then, i added my widget again. i tapped it, but the clock came up instead of weather. on the desk clock, tap the area under the clock where the weather WOULD be. then you have to add a city. i just added trenton, because it's in NJ, and it wasn't picking up my GPS location yet..after adding that, a few seconds later it realized where i was via GPS, then bam, i refreshed and everything was fine and no more crashing!
