Aug 31, 2010Where can I get this from? The full animation one. Running a rom without it and I like it a lot.

View 3 RepliesI just am not into the look of the default clock, but can not find anywhere to change it. Is this possible or do I need another app?
View 5 Replies View RelatedHow can I set just a standard location for it to update instead of trying to guess where I am every time?
I tried going to settings but it doesn't have many cities...
does anyone know if i can get the sense time widget on my droid x. is there a look alike somewhere?
View 17 Replies View RelatedAnyone know of a good widget that is similar to the HTC sense clock widget? I really liked that on my old phone.
View 16 Replies View RelatedDoes anyone know why but my clock/weather widget always shows my location as a few towns over. If i manually open it it then shows it correct as i can add a city myself, but it doesnt update on the home screen, any ideas? I read somewhere about setting your home city, but im not seeing it.
View 1 Replies View RelatedIs there a, possibly, a fullscreen clock widget that shows the clock and active alarms? Thanks.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm looking for a new Alarm Clock/Digital Clock widget because the default one lags. Any suggestions?
View 18 Replies View RelatedOne of the things I liked about Sense (I'm rooted now and running the Second Wave ROM) was the HTC weather animations when the screen was unlocked. After installing Widget Locker, I noticed an option to turn them on and now I have them back! I also installed the Weather & Toggle Widget and installed the weather skin that looks just like the Sense weather with the flip clock.The annoying part is that when it's sunny, or partly sunny, the "sun animation" from Sense doesn't perfectly align with the Weather & Toggle Widget weather icon. I know, I know, it's a minor problem and goes away when the animation is done, but the lack of symmetry sometimes annoys the hell out of me.

View 15 Replies View RelatedI can create a static widget without thinking, I can even create a widget like the analogue clock widget that will update itself, however, I can not for the life of me figure out how to create a widget that reacts to when a user clicks on it. Here is the best code sample that the developer documentation gives to what a widget activity should contain (the only other hint being the API demos, which only creates a static widget):
public class ExampleAppWidgetProvider extends AppWidgetProvider {
public void onUpdate(Context context, AppWidgetManager appWidgetManager, int[] appWidgetIds) {
final int N = appWidgetIds.length;
// Perform this loop procedure for each App Widget that belongs to this provider
for (int i=0; i<N; i++) {
int appWidgetId = appWidgetIds[i];
// Create an Intent to launch ExampleActivity
Intent intent = new Intent(context, ExampleActivity.class);
PendingIntent pendingIntent = PendingIntent.getActivity(context, 0, intent, 0);
// Get the layout for the App Widget and attach an on-click listener to the button
RemoteViews views = new RemoteViews(context.getPackageName(), R.layout.appwidget_provider_layout);
views.setOnClickPendingIntent(R.id.button, pendingIntent);................
I have an unbranded standard HTC Desire and wondered if there's such a widget that looks the same as the HTC flip clock but without the weather feature as shown in the pic below? I don't want to mess around with the standard rom though.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a couple of questions about the sense weather clock widget...first, when I had the Eris I though I remembered it actually flipping and I know in WM's sense it does flip. Also is there anyway to skin the clock w/out root? I had the black clock on my Eris after the 2.1v2 leak upgrade.
View 5 Replies View RelatedAlmost a deal breaker if I can't use that clock with Launcher Pro. Is there a way to get it on there? Pressed add + but saw no option to put it on there. Just analog clock.
View 12 Replies View RelatedAfter waiting for quite a while and realizing development for my phone is almost non existent, I decided to go at it myself. Working off the stock HTC hero ruu I've managed to so far get a rooted unbloated ROM that will flash, boot, and everything working. I do want to work on it a bit more though before releasing it. One thing is spinning. I've managed to find pretty much everything I want to change except for the flip clock skins.
Where the files for the HTC flip clock are located?
I just got my captivate, but have been lurking these forums for a while. After going through the screenshots thread I really like the HTC like clock widgets, but most of the ones posted I cannot find, or my captivate wont let me install them since they are not from the market. Are there any good ones in the market? and if not, what's an easy way to sideload? (I'm currently using retro clock in the meantime)
View 11 Replies View RelatedHow do I get this to add a clock like the HTC sense one? I see it in the example in market and it says you can but I dont see it under widgets after I download it and restart my phone.
View 5 Replies View RelatedAnyone know where I can get the original Htc alarm/clock/stopwatch app that comes w/ sense?
I rooted/rom'd to virt and have somehow lost the app. So I can't set an alarm on my phone LoL. Just want the original back & would rather not have to reflash my phone if possible.
i have a new motorola droid. I,m looking for the wf clock widget which my wife has, but i can't find it in the apps anywhere.
View 4 Replies View RelatedIs there any app with a clock like the HTC Sense one but WITHOUT the weather? Something like this but without any animations, temperature, etc. I just want the time and date.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI was wondering was there if there was a better clock than the HTC sense clock, I like it and all but i think it's to big for what I'm going to want to put on my new phone(when it eventually comes out)
any suggestions, ones that probably should include the weather/date with the time too
I just bought HTC Legend. I use couple of widgets. I know how to modify the widget settings before placing on a screen. But how to change the preferences after putting widget in place? I can't find a way how to for instance change a widget icon or behavior. Do I have to remove it and place again?
View 1 Replies View Relatedis there a messenger widget like the sense ui for the droid?
View 5 Replies View RelatedAll I'm looking for is a widget that looks like the clock that comes standard on the sense UI, but without the weather info. Anything like that out there? Date and Location i'd still like to have, the large time still there, but no weather information.
View 1 Replies View RelatedHas anyone found the apk file for the r2d2 clock widget which comes on the Star Wars Droid? That's really the only thing I'd want from that phone!
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm desperately looking for Digital Clock Widget v1.8.5 by Maize, link to AppBrain page: Digital Clock Widget - Android app on AppBrain
I can't get it off the Market (it's not there) and I can't find the .apk anywhere on the web...
Since it is a free app, I hope it's okay to post here to ask if anyone has the .apk file and would be willing to share it? It's a great widget and I deleted it by mistake!
Anyone know what widget that is?
View 3 Replies View RelatedAs I'm reorganizing my main home screen (HTC Desire), I find that the original HTC 4x2 takes up too much space especially because I don't care about the weather part of it. I do like the "flip clock" design though. I have looked around for an alternative and have found the following solutions:
BeautifulWidget small home widgetThis looks nice, especially with the right skin, but it's still a 4x1 widget and the clock itself is not centered even when hiding the weather part of it. Is it possible at all to have the clock centered? Digital World Clock widgetThis one is a 2x1 widget without weather, which means I can center it at the top of the screen. Unfortunately the date display is bogus on a French locale phone, it does not respect the date format (day month year) and the name of the day of the week (Thursday) gets displayed as a number (5) I have contacted the author about that, I'll see if he replies.
I don't like Beautiful Widgets all that much....
View 3 Replies View RelatedI need a widget or app similar to a palm app called "Big clock".It has the following functionality:
1. Time: The time tab has a full calendar, time and date
2. World Clock: With at least 2 cities
3. Alarms: 4 configurable alarms that can be set to repeat on a day or days selected. (Great to remind me to watch certain shows).
4. Count-down timer.
I hope someone can point me to an app that has all these features or hopefully a developer can develop a similar app for Android.Click the link to view the big clock app from palm (Warning) it's a very old app and shows it's age: bigclock
