Flash Mode says auto under it, but the box is grayed out and I cannot select it to change it.
This is the same for the auto focus feature, I am unable to select that as well.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just did a factory reset on my phone to clear up some lag. It has definitely helped, but I'll wait and see after a few days. Anyway, I'm just about finished putting all of my customizations back, but there's 1 thing I had before that I can't find: When I click on an icon on the desktop screen, or in a menu, I used to have a clicking sound. I remember there was a setting for it, but I can't seem to find it.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI don't know what I have done, but the power button on the top, which I used to be able to press to turn off the screen, no longer works. I can use it to turn on the screen. And I can hold it on to power down, airplane mode, etc. But pressing it once does nothing when the screen is lit up. I have tried wiping all data from the boot menu. This restores the functionality, but when I restore all my data and apps (MyBackupPro) the problem returns.
View 4 Replies View RelatedTwice this has happened: Turn the phone off to charge, in the morning the phone won't turn on with the power switch. I have to remove the battery and re-install it, for the phone to come on.
Anyone else have this happening?
the worst thing about the nexus one is that you power on the phone by simply pressing the power button, not by *holding* it. how can I just *check* if the phone is turned off? when i go to a movie, i just want to double-check it's off, so i short-press power button but then if it's already off then i would instead be turning it on and have to wait for the long boot-up process. i just can't "make sure it's off".
View 4 Replies View Relatedseems like anything using 3g drains my battery. slacker player saps 30% of a 2600mah battery in a single hour. If I were to be conservative, it would be 25% of a 2200mah, accounting for other parts of the phone and possibly a low quality battery. Even then, that's horrible. It didn't used to be this bad. And now I suspect it's a combination of a new radio update that boosts signal by consuming more power, and the fact that 3g coverage is weak where I'm at (though it worked good enough before the update). So if there's any way to downgrade radio without losing froyo or other phone functionality, or directly influence power consumption of the 3g radio, please let me know.

View 5 Replies View Relatedmy android phone's power button stopped working a few weeks ago. It wasn't a big problem, but a few days ago, the battery died. Now it is turned off and I can't turn it on. When I put it in charge, it just shows the charging screen. The phone is a Winmax W8000 (Winmax is Bangladeshi company. I'm from Bangladesh). It runs on Jellybean (4.1). It wasn't rooted. I tried to get into Download mode, but pressing the volume buttons and plugging in the charger doesn't work.

Annoying as all can be, at least to me, turning on the phone and having it yell "DROID" everytime, particularly when people are around. Anyone know a way to turn it off without rooting?
