I've downloaded some icon packs and assigned a few of its icons to custom folders I made in "App Organizer". My question now is can I safely uninstall the icon packs to free up clutter in the App Drawer and still have App Organizer retain those few icons I do use?

View 2 Replies View RelatedThere are a number of different icon packs in the Market which i like or have been using however none seem to contain anywhere near the right amount of icons which i need.Now, flame me if you will but i really like the iphoney style icons ie the ones in a square shape which are very colorful.Ive downloaded a number off of the market but to date all i have been happy with is tenuis icon pack, matte icons and serenade icons pack.These dont contain exactly what i want though and have too much of what i dont want.I see alot of people get icons off of there desktop somehow.How do i do this?I have never plugged my desire into my computer so am a complete newbie to doing things that way.I really want some decent icons that can really show what my apps are without text and id like too browse through some online but i dont know where to start.

I tried a pack from here: Royalty Free Icons & Clipart Stock Images ~ Icons Etc. but they all seemed small when on the phone.
I have a specific way I want to go about it. It will be video oriented and I need all the Droid default icons in png format for as many droid versions as possible. Im refering to basic app icons like those used for alarm, clock, internet, calendar, music, etc. I also need the samsung specific app icons in PNG format. I've gone through playstore and copied the PNGs for their app Icons. Its that manufacture default Icons and Samsung Icons that I can't find like "Polarise", "S Voice", "voice recorder"and the samsung specific "Music" App. a cache or archive of these types of Icons, or know where to get them?

Heres a custom round battery icon I made this morning. I didn't really like any of the ones already on here so I made this. Its green 100-60, yellow at 40, orange at 20 and last but not least red at 10. Should install via MM.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI am having the problem where I have set custom ringtones for some of my contacts, but they are not always being played as they are assigned.
I have all of my ringtones in an folder on my sd card (/sdcard/media/audio/ringtones). I have a custom ringtone set as default and other custom ringtones set for a few of my contacts. However, when I receive a call the phone will only occasionally play the correct ringtone. Most times it plays either the default ringtone, or the ringtone assigned to the last person that called (this last option being more common).
Once in a great while, I don't get the custom assigned ringtone playing when someone calls me. Anyone else?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am syncing contacts from Gmail, Exchange, and Facebook.I have contacts in Gmail that do not have pictures (nor do I have them as friends on Facebook).All of these contacts show the same picture - which isn't any of them.It's a picture that used to be the main profile picture (but not anymore) of a random friend on Facebook. The picture shows up when I click on the contact or when the contact calls, but not when I'm scrolling through the contact list - it shows no picture then or when I try to edit the contact.I can't seem to get this picture to go away on any of those contacts, and it's not especially helpful.I really would rather no picture show up than a random picture of someone else.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have seen this happen many times on my Phone. I have folders on my Homescreen with Shortcuts/Apps in them. Inside a given folder, I have a SPECIFIC ORDER to my Shortcuts/Apps. For whatever reason, my phone will decide to mess up that order that I created. Various things seem to trigger my phone to re-arrange the Icons in my folders. For example, unplugging my phone from my computer after disk use triggers it.

Today, I had some spare time so I tried to download an attachment. It downloaded fine but when I went to view it, I received a pop-up box to save it to the sd card. After pressing ok, I was told the save was successful but now I can't find it. Aside from pics and videos, how do I access other folders with saved data?

Now I can't close my application and I can't uninstall it . (This was what I wanted, but not now!! my application was still under development. ) How I can now uninstall it and return to the default home? The only thing I can think of is to update the firmware, but this is my last option.
