View 49 RepliesDid anyone pick up a 32gb card from the store yesterday? I heard they would have them in stock but my store did not have any I had them order me a few and overnight so I should get them today.I was just wondering if the reports the day before were true.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI just picked up a 16GB Micro-SD card for <$60 at Office Depot on sale... beating the nearest online price by $7.00 (according to the Shopper App). The question is, what am I going to fill all that memory goodness with?
Music?
Photos?
Videos?
What else?
What are YOU planning on filling your 16 or 32 Micro-SD card with?
I know I can use H2testw but I do not have a usb adaptor - can I run the test via the phone in disk drive mode?
View 16 Replies View RelatedFrom what I was told, the Inc supports 32gb microsd card. So I ordered a Sandisk one...class 4. I got it and tested it out. It seems like it can transfer/read small files....but anything big it wouldn't read properly. It's funny cuz a movie file would transfer and play...but if I delete it and transfer the same exact file over, it wouldn't play. Or if I transfer music, some files play and some wouldnt. And some even would merge into one file. Like one song would play and then all sudden another song would POP up like what a DJ does when they mix songs together.
I know I might have a defected one but this is a legit Sandisk card. So what else could be the problem? Should I transfer the file one or slower so the card can read it....is there a way or procedure to using a 32gb MicroSd card? Lol. I mean I have a 16gb right now and it reads and transfers fine. With the 16gb I can literally drag a folder of 10 movies and it would be fine.

View 25 Replies View RelatedI'm looking for a SANDISK MICRO SD CLASS 6, but I cannot find them anywhere.
Please could someone push me in the right direction (I'm UK based).
Can anybody explain to me the difference between the generic micro SD cards you can buy on Ebay and the name brand ones? Is it worth the extra to get a SanDisk or another name brand?
View 10 Replies View RelatedI am going to swap to a bigger card this morning when my 32 GB get here from verizon. I took card out and copied entire contents to my PC. View 19 Replies View RelatedI'm upgrading from my Droid 1 to the Droid X tomorrow and would like to start my use of the DX with it's new 32gb card in place of my old 16gb card from my Droid 1 but need to know if there's anything required to copy from my droid 1 16gb card to my new DX 32 gb card that would be required or helpful in the DX use.I will obviously transfer music/vids/pics but are there any essential files, apps, etc. that are needed.Or is it a good idea to use my paid MyBackupPro to copy the old Droid 1 apps/data for use in the DX larger memory card or is this not copatible to perform between the 2 devices?
View 1 Replies View RelatedLooks like stock put back again. Really want to get one. Don't want to start loading up the big apps (co pilot etc.) twice i.e. on a 16 then a 32. Getting impatient!
View 7 Replies View RelatedI bought a Sandisk 32gb (4) micro sd and downloaded the n2a jelly bean 4.2.2.My issue is that it keeps 27gb fat 32 which my nook can't see. It says I have an 800mb partition and a 5gb one in device manager.
On the nook it says total storage 5gb? Where has my 27 Gb gone? And as it's booting off a card why is it telling me it's internal memory too? When I boot to the stock nook o/s it says 12gb left out of 16. Why does my n2a boot up not tell me I have 27 left out of 32??
I have rebuilt card and partitioned it to one big partition before building the image but still totally confused as to what's going on??
I Just purchased one of these cheap from Hong Kong (20) - transferring files from the computer has been deadly slow compared to the Kingston 4gb ones I have (basically unuseably slow). Is this to do with the size of the card or the make an also will this affect performance of the phone?
View 26 Replies View RelatedI see a few members on here already have one, just interested to see where they got it from.
I found one site in the UK selling them but they are not in stock.
Does anyone know what the brand is? I'm selling mine on craigslist and a potential buyer is asking me this question and i left it at work.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI purchased a 32gb micro SD for my pantech flex and I started adding music to it and files seem to keep getting corrupt after awhile is there a glitch with the flex or do I have to do it a certain way I tried putting it in my pc first to add files and then I tried USB cable but I only used MTP so far.. What I should do I also transferred them with es explorer.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have spoken to SanDisk and have an RMA to send my 64 GB SanDisk Ultra Micro SD card back for a replacement.
I have tried pretty much everything I can... I have roughly 35GB of assorted Pictures, Movies, Music, and Videos on my SD card that I need to send back to SanDisk. I have no option to "Delete" anything thru windows. I've tried thru Dos and it tells me every file is dirty. I also get the file is locked. I've been able to overwrite the data and delete it thru my phone but it just reappears when the device is restarted. It's almost like all of the files are imprinted on the card and there is nothing that can be done.
Anyway, I've searched high and dry thru google and I've had no luck.
There are some pictures and other files on the SD Card that I would like others not to see, is there a way that I may not have tried to either delete these files or somehow corrupt the files? My laptop didn't recognize the SD card and wanted to format the remaining 25 GB but never got off of zero. Everything I run tells me the drive is dirty with the exception of CHKDSK
What SanDisk or other card companies do with returns like mine? Do they "test" or "review" the card and possibly look at what's on the card? Do they just toss it?
Whether SanDisk 16GB Extreme Pro microSDHC UHS-I Class 10 Flash Memory Card is compatible with Micromax A116?
This is a new Memory card launch by Sandisk with has read/write speed of 95Mb/s.
I have the HTC EVO 4G with a 16GB memory card inserted. I am almost out of space with my audio books etc so I was thinking of upgrading to a 32GB memory card. What is the best way to use the 32GB card with all the content currently on the 16GB card. Would using my CPU to hold the 16GB's data then copying to the 32GB card work?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI got a Motorola Droid from Verizon in the spring. It came with a Sandisk 16gb card, but I have over 20 gb of music, so for the time being I've only kept some of my music on there. I always transferred music through the USB connection, using Windows Explorer (I have Windows 7). I have all the files tagged with title/artist/album etc. but for easy organization I have them sorted into folders - a folder for each artist, and a subfolder for each album. Right now my phone is running Froyo (Android 2.2).
My husband recently bought me a Samsung 32 gb micro SDHC card that he got on eBay. So of course as soon as it was in the phone, I wanted to transfer my music. I connected it to the computer via USB, and copied all my music folders onto it. Explorer showed that it would take a few hours for the transfer, so I left it plugged in overnight.....................
I have recieved from China, via ebay, a 32gb sd card. It is actually 31.7gb according to my laptop. when i put it in my desire, it will not see it, or just tells me that the sd card needs formatting, then won't format it. Is this because the card is too slow,or is it an OS problem, that will be resolved when Froyo is released?
View 14 Replies View RelatedI'm anxiously waiting for the Hero to come to the US so I can dump my iPhone 3GS...my question is about the SD card...is it possible to use a 32gb hcsd card in the phone...my iTunes has about 15gbs in it and I'd really love to fit everything on the phone...I've read conflicting reports that the HTC hero only supports up to 16gb and elsewhere that it supports up to 32gb...anybody have one and know for sure?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have installed my new 32gb card into my desire and transferred my music collection (about 20gb) across via my pc but when I try to play them not all are available. They appear to be on the card as when I check the contents of the card on the pc in explorer they are all there and if I check the folders using the phone again they are showing on the card.
But when I go to select a song to play from the stock player there are only 100 songs to choose from which is very strange as there should be over 2000 easily. Interestingly when I switched the phone off and back on again I had about 700 to choose from which is still not right. Do I need to do anything with the vcard before installing (for example I didn't format it)? For info I needed to set up a new folder called MP3 on the new card when I installed it and dragged them into this folder so presume that was correct?
You might have seen this around the forums or other places: 32GB MicroSD. Its the 32GB MicroSD that Verizon is selling for $99 with FREE overnight shipping for their phones. You can buy it without having anything with Verizon, though.
I now have mine installed in my Captivate and the thing is great. I have 29GB of Music/Videos/Pictures loaded up on it and playing back ANYTHING on my phone is fast and doesn't stutter. I know I had some questions about this so I just wanted to post that yes, you CAN enjoy 48GB of space on a Captivate without worrying about Class size speed issues, worrying about the card being fake, etc. Well worth the 100 bucks. The money you can save from Wirefly/Amazon/Walmart etc can easily pay for this.
Why files with weird File Names keep appearing on my 32GB sd card in my S4?
I have reformatted it twice now but they still appear?
I finally got around transferring my 32Gig card out of my Evo and into the Epic. After I put it in I decided to clean it and reformat it in the Epic. Epic starts the format then comes up with a message "card damaged cant format". I put the same card in the Evo and it formatted just fine and then worked in the Epic. Then I tried to format it again in the Epic and again I get the card damaged pop up. Again it reformatted just fine in the Evo. Any ideas anyone else get this message? Just to add I tried to format a smaller card in the Epic and it was able to format that fine. Once the 32gig card is formatted in the Evo it will work fine in the Epic.
View 1 Replies View RelatedHas anyone gotten any info about the stock headphones that comes with the EVO? I want to know how good is the sound quality and are there any controls on the headset itself? Also, has anyone located a 32GB microSD card for it yet?
