Oct 25, 2013For some reason Im unable to set up my lockscreen. When I go to settings - lock screen - lock screen widgets it's dark grey with no option to toggle.

Apr 25, 2014I am a GALAXY GRAND Duos user running 4.2.2..I have a problem with my gallery . I changed my stock gallery to Note 2's stock gallery and than after completing the process I had a reboot and than suddenly I saw that the gallery was missing from my phone yhan I did recover my old secgallery2_galaxy with the odex file after installation when I opened gallery the gallery didn't open and said UNFORTUNATELY THE GALLERY HAS STOPPED.I tried QUICKPIC too but it didn't change the lockscreen wallpaper. I tried to change wallpaper through settings but it opened the wallpapers the phone had.

Sep 21, 2012So I rooted my HTC One X and installed TripNDroid's Jelly Bean ROM on it. I have played around with it for a while now and something is bugging me. Whenever I'm listening to music, the lockscreen changes to the album cover art. Finding nothing about this in my search through the Internet. Is there a way to disable this function without having to install a launcher or something similar?

Sep 23, 2012I've got a HTC One S since few weeks ('got a MotoDefy before) and i'm really disappointed about the jellybean lockscreen :-/
It's really annoying to have to slide the notifications , on iPhone you just have to wake the screen to have a look on all your notifications (and i'm not even talking about the fact that the screen didn't switch on when you receive an email or sms on JB)
I'm using for now Widget Locker with Executive Assistant but there is a lot of things that's going wrong....
SO, is there a way to have the notification screen instead of the lockscreen...? I think it would be a great feature for customs roms!

Mar 5, 2014I can't set up my gmail and u can't even use play store without it. Each time I try to to sign in via add account it says "cant establish a reliable connection to the server. This could be a temporary problem or your android device may not be provisioned for data services" meanwhile I have data service and my network is pretty fast.

Dec 2, 2013I discovered it several days after the upgrade to 4.3. When I tried to update a contact or add an entirely new one I was recieving an error that stated " Unfortunately Contacts has stopped working". I then tried to install a new contact via Google on my pc. Saved there no problem but would not sync the contact to the cell. I was able to search this and found the fix on the internet. I have Enhanced Mobile Care thru AT&T and they were unable to assist me in this issue but are aware of it after the software upgrade to 4.3.

Now I have been wanting to install cwm recovery on my device since a long long time, and rom manager isn't compatible with my device. I finally found a cwm.zip file for my device somewhere. The site told me to flash it via stock recovery, by the apply update from sdcard option. So I went into recovery, and when I click on apply update from sdcard option, I see only ../ I don't see a list of files on my external sd card. I tried formatting my sdcard, tried reinserting it, nothing worked.

I've tried GoSMS Pro, Textra, Handcent, Hangouts,... nothing else will send an MMS. It tries, and then just switches over to retrying until I force quite the app, or send another regular, text only message.
I've tried signing in/out, Hard reset, turning it off and on again,...
I'm using stock 4.1.2. on a ZTE Savvy with Straight Talk on Verizon towers.

Nov 11, 2013I am using Profile Scheduler +, and have set the default ringtone to the stock SMS app to specific sound (Sound 02) since it only works for stock apps and not 3rd party ones.
In GoSMS, I get dual notifications. When I select the setting (Disable Other Message Notification), I don't get dual notifications on the notification bar and Sound 02 does not play.
how to get rid of the dual notification but may it use Sound 02 as the default? I have Sound 01 used the default notification for emails, etc.
