I select share via email, it sends, the photo attachment in the subsequent email loads from the top and quits at some point.Usually happens while at events where cell service is congested.

I am receiving text messages intermittently, it isnt specific to who is sending them or what network they are on.
sometimes I wont recieve any of a persons text, but sometimes I will receive the 1st text then not their reply??? I have a chinese unbranded handset on android 4.2
Iv put my sim in a non android phone and it seems to work ok so am hoping its not the device, Iv already done a factory reset. changing network etc, it isn't a signal issue as I can download and use the internet perfectly.
Google photos doesn't seem to display all my photos from drive. some are missing and it doesn't show screenshots either.

When I open the Gmail app to either check my email, or read an email that I received an alert for it takes forever to load the email in the app. It also sometimes takes awhile to load the list, the problems with network connection with it being very fast and loads web pages including Mail.google.com fast.
I had to have a factory reset done on my phone.. ALL my pictures are on an SD card and now quite a few have disappeared!!! What the heck??? There's pics on there from December earlier but anything from this year are gone! How does this happen if they were on an SD card?!

I need to try enable mass storage but i know when we upgraded to 4.3 that setting went to mtp and ptp but no mass storage.
View 3 Replies View RelatedThis is my first post on here - I tried looking for an existing thread that might answer my question, but couldn't find one.Although generally happy with my HTC Hero, one problem I'm having is that I can't seem to email photos.Say I'm looking through my photos and want to email one, I press 'Menu', then 'Share', then 'Google Mail' then enter the email address and then press 'send'. It then says 'Sending message', albeit only briefly. (I would've thought it would take longer to email a 5MB photo and that the 'Sending message' notification would stay up for as long as the email was in the process of being sent.) But there's no indication of whether the email has arrived or not. Well, it hasn't. I've tried different photos, different email addresses. but none of the photos emailed using the 'share' funtion have arrived with the intended recipient.Same with the Sticky Note app. There's an option to email the sticky note, but despite numerous attempts, none of them have arrived at the recipient's email address.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI want to be able to pull in google plus photos when using photoshop touch and autostitch apps etc. But their import options only access local folders on my device. I can download individual photos one at a time to a generic download folder from google plus to use, not full albums. When I try to create a new folder in gallery, and move the Picasa/Google Plus photos I get a notice saying "unsupported file." I read somewhere that there should be an option in gallery that makes photos available offline, but I don't have that. Just basically trying to be able to organize and download my g+ photos for use with these apps, in a less time consuming way.

If you look in the folders they are all still there but all of the old photo's have the same Authored Date (7/23/2003 6:36 PM) and the same Date Created (5/9/1970 11:20 PM) the Date Modified is unique as it is the actual date the pictures were taken... These files are not hidden. I do not remember exactly what day I upgraded to 4.3 but it would have been right around the time that the issue started. I tried Scan Media and Rescan Media apps with no success.

I've tried GoSMS Pro, Textra, Handcent, Hangouts,... nothing else will send an MMS. It tries, and then just switches over to retrying until I force quite the app, or send another regular, text only message.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am using Profile Scheduler +, and have set the default ringtone to the stock SMS app to specific sound (Sound 02) since it only works for stock apps and not 3rd party ones.
In GoSMS, I get dual notifications. When I select the setting (Disable Other Message Notification), I don't get dual notifications on the notification bar and Sound 02 does not play.
how to get rid of the dual notification but may it use Sound 02 as the default? I have Sound 01 used the default notification for emails, etc.
I updated my phone (GS3) two days ago and after I did I have 4 "download complete" notifications that won't go away. Even after clearing them they come back. The files cannot even be located on my phone anywhere. I downloaded these ages ago through Chrome.

I have the GS4 android 4.3 and sometimes things lag more often so I hold home and go to the task manager to see that the RAM is almost full. There is the option to clear memory but it sounds risky and I haven't found an answer to my question yet. What exactly happens when I tap clear memory? Will any apps be messed up?
