2] Any news on 'full fat' Flash 10.1 support? Adobe seem [?] to suggest a snapdragon processor is required, is this still the case?

I read several article. they said always emulator doesn't support flash, flash lite on the emulator. so i just want to make sure it is true or not. i must report to my boss. Anyway, if flash is not support, what kinds of devices are supporting flash currently?
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have gotten both the Flash Player and Flash Lite APK's, and I have been trying to install them on the Droid. Flash Player refuses to install on stock 2.1. Flash Lite installs, but after install I can not connect to the internet (Nothing connects, Skype, market, random app, browser.)
So I wanted to know if anyone wanted to do some testing with them, to see if you can get them running on the ROM you are running. Maybe we will be able to make fun of iDevices earlier, because Droid Does what iDont

I was quite excited to have flash on my mobile devise and as I have an unlimited subscription to Lovefilm I was looking forward to watching the on demand movies for free. But I was disappointed when I was met by the message "does not support this type of flash". Is there an update or an app I can use? Lovefilm uses Flash Player 10.

Is this a case where Europe gets a good feature with Desire, but the US will not with Incredible? If so, I would suggest to rename the device Lamedible Android version of Flash 10.1 is still about five months away.Also curious if the opti pad can be used for game control for emulators and then the touch screen could be used for buttons. Just wondering. Need to decide between this and Droid. Droid can be overclocked very stable at 800mhz. Apparently the Incredible is clocked down to 768mhz.

This is happening on websites where I had Flash yesterday.

View 2 Replies View RelatedSo I installed the update.zip without taking any steps to retain root, so of course now that 2.2 is installed I no longer have root. I did a cache wipe and data wipe, then setup RSD Lite to flash the 2.1 SBF onto my phone so I can follow the procedures to keep root while upgraded to 2.2.When I click start on RSD Lite, I am getting a failed flash process error.Does anybody have any suggestions for me? Also, the device properties are showing a lot of N/A in the place of version numbers, IMEI/ESN/MEID, etc.
View 10 Replies View RelatedI've got an HTC incredible that I'm developing on, and I understand that most all of the HTC manufactured devices since the HTC Hero have had Flash Lite.
The problem that I'm encountering is that the WebView doesn't have Flash Lite enabled, even when I'm testing on my Incredible device.
I've read up on how WebView has NPAPI & plugin support, so I'm wondering how I can reference the HTC Flash Lite plugin so that Flash can load in my app.
I understand that the Flash wouldn't work on devices without this plugin, but that is OK in my particular usecase.
How can I load up the HTC Flash Lite plugin in my app? I assume it would be loaded with the "setPluginsPath" void, but I'm not sure whatt the path to the plugin would be.

Latest EVO 4G root uses Flash Lite exploit to do its deed - Engadget Given how similar the phones are, it seems like this vulnerability may also be present in the Inc's Flash Lite build, and may prove more successful in rooting ours if true. Admittedly, i don't really have a rooting need at the moment, but I am sure there are plenty of other eager people out there who might be able to try this....

View 8 Replies View RelatedI'm able to pull up a site which has a Flash 10 object and it works no problem.
I thought I needed Froyo (2.2) and the Adobe Flash Beta App to get this working.
In fact, on my 2G Nexus One, that is what I had to do to get it working - upgrade to 2.2 when I found the link to the manual installer, and then install the Beta Flash App.
The site in question is www.juniper.net - the main image in the center is an animated flash 10 object, at least that's what it says in FireFox when I right click on it..
Just found this link to an apk that claims to port over the working full flash program from 2.2 to work with 2.1. From reading the comments, it appears it only works with HTC phones because of the flash lite already on them. I installed it, and tested a few sites and it seems to work great. I didn't to a test before I installed it to see what sites didnt work. ANyway, here's the link if anyone wants to experiment. Adobe Flash 10.1 full support for Android 2.0 and 2.1 Download and install apk.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI wasn't that excited over Flash 10.1 support since I seen it on the Motorola Droid (hadn't yet seen it on the Nexus One) and just out of curiosity I went to espn.go.com (the nonmobile version) and went to a video..."Tiger Woods tied for first place". I can't believe how good this looks. No lag, no hickups, perfect. It looks the same as it would on my computer.

View 2 Replies View RelatedHow one of the biggest news about eclair coming out in 2010 is that support for Flash 10 (or ANY Flash for that matter) will be built into it. This does not appear to be the case for the fact that I download all the latest source code for Eclair, built and installed Eclair onto my development phone over the Christmas break and to my surprise/ disappointment there is absolutely no support for Flash when I try to view with the browser. I tried plugin's and searching for missing .apk installs for Flash but I found nothing. Unless I am missing something (i.e. maybe a side tree build for flash?) and if I did then I apologize but from what I can tell as of now the Eclair build does and will not support flash.
View 1 Replies View RelatedIve noticed that some people like myself are not happy with video quality on the htc incredible. I've also noticed that some people are having no problems with their video quality. Compared to the moto droid its video difference is the difference between choppy pixilated standard def and hd video. I realize neither phone displays hd but just using that to help compare what im seeing in comparison. Youtube videos are better if you hit menu and select high quality...but even then the moto droids video is still much better. So question.. since some people seem to be experiencing poor vid quality and others are not... this kind of sounds software related, is it possible to reinstall phone software or even just the flash lite software? Thinking this potentially could help.

I am new to this site not so much to the android world, but there is something that keep annoying me and its when I go to youtube or to watch my anime episodes on my Motorola blur and it tells me a need a adobe reader but when I go into the website it tells me my phone doesn't support the software. Is there an app for this?
