Is it normal for Pandora to not go to the next song until I turn on my Dinc screen? (my screen is set to go off after 30 seconds.) As soon as I hit the top button to wake my screen, the next song loads, but if I don't, Pandora will not load the next song, although it does finish the current song.

Is there anyway to change the song (as in skip it to the next) on Pandora when the screen is locked? I've been hooking my Ally up to an AUX port in my car and wanted to know if there was an easy way to keep changing the songs while on the road because I lock my screen with a touchcode and find it a big bother to keep having to turn my phone back on to change the song.
How can a person stop apps from loading auto? Some of them are killing my battery, like the Weather Channel app, Music, Qik, sprint Navigation, mp3 store etc.

I was wondering if anyone knows of an app out there or some settings that can prevent apps from loading automatically. Often, I find that apps like Sprint Nav, Sprint TV, Moxier Mail, etc. loaded automatically. I'm getting tired of killing apps all day long to save memory and battery. It seems like my Moment doesn't want to run with more than 30mb free cause it just keeps loading apps until it gets to around 26-30mb.

I have been researching for some time now, but have yet to come up with an actual fix. I have my Incredible paired with my Altima and can make calls via Bluetooth with no problem. My question is, how can I wirelessly stream music or Pandora from my phone to my car (Altima does not have an aux jack). I know my car is capable because I was able to do this with my old Blackberry (exactly how I don't remember, it was an intricate process of pressing random buttons).

Whenever i plug my phone into my car (which is a lexus is 250 2008) through the auxiliary jack, voice dial comes on and starts going crazy when i start up Pandora. It will start skipping tracks and sometimes calling the last person on my redial list. It also does this with slacker. I tried going to manage apps and turning off voice dial and it still comes back on. I didn't have this issue in my friends car and a verizon tech told me that maybe my car is trying to read my phone when i hook it up through the jack. I want to know if anybody else had this issue and if so what is the solution.

View 3 Replies View RelatedFor those of you using Pandora have you experienced an issue that after two to three songs Pandora just stops playing as long as your phone is stationary. If you have a phone and use Pandora can you do a test that you turn up Pandora put it down on the table and let it play for at least three songs and let me know if you have an issue. Now it needs to be on the network and not WIFI and the phone MUST be stationary.

Then, I accidently bump the channel up button on my stearing wheel... and my mind exploded.
The channel up button on my wheel told Pandora to go to the next song!

It will indicate mail and I tap it and it shows loading. This can go on for five minutes or longer or I never do download the mail. Gmail won't load conversations for a day. Keeps saying no connection. I have cleared data but this hasn't resolved the problem. I can't figure out how to re install gmail either if I remove it.

Its lighting fast and puts my friends iPhone to shame every time he want to have a web page loading contest lol. But as of last night, my phone has been acting really awful and strange. I updated a few apps that I use and then tried to go into "handcent SMS" and it would force close every time and wouldn't open at all. I try to click my "phone button" to dial a number and it just says "Loading" forever and I get the same "Loading" screen with my contacts. I have no idea what to do and would really appreciate any help I can get.

Instead when I select them I am taken to a screen with uninstall and details as choices. Usually if I tap the widgets they are placed on a home screen where they can be launched.

Well I just downloaded the Dolphin Browser on to my Incredible today. I noticed that playing videos was actually better with putting it in the Iphone mode. In fact I cant even get it to load with the android mode, and the desktop mode while it has better quality because its loading the actual site video, the video seems to skip and frame rate. So sound comes before the lips or vice versa. On the Incredible the best video loader by far is You Tube player, that seems to be the best and I can even put videos in high quality mode.
I wish I could play every video with the you tube video player as it is the clearest and sharpest video player out of everything that plays on the web. the 2nd best browser for playing videos is the skyfire browser, but that for me only works half the time and can seem like a pain. Anyone got any suggestions to making the video work better that would be great, coming from the moto droid to this phone for video reasons, am very unhappy with so far. I hope in the future that they can fix this problem of mine. Its just so pix pix-elated.
