I should ask here or in the android app section. I own a rooted Galaxy Note 2.So I wonder if there's anyway to import video to Instagram. I've seen many user successfully imported one or some scene from movie and music video.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI am looking for the default sound files from the Incredible. Specifically, I am looking to the "doot" sound when you press the volume slider. Does anyone have this sound file? It is not located with the alarms, notification, or ringtones. Also, as an added bonus, I am looking for the notification sound from SportsTap as well.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI realize that the Incredible will bring in your Gmail contacts during phone setup so I have all of them currently organized in Gmail as Last Name First Name in the single Name field as Gmail currently doesn't have two separate fields for first and last name. Does the phone itself have fields for first and last name and if so does it make more sense to reorganize my Gmail contacts so the phone can recognize what is the first name and what is the last name?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI have had my Evo since launch day. I have recorded some videos for fun and they play back on the phone nicely. But today, I connected the phone to my PC and wanted to play a video. I got video with no sound. I tried several I recorded some at 720fps and some at VGA. Same results. Videos I downloaded from You Tube play fine. Just the ones I recorded on my phone. I have a relatively new HP running Widows 7 and have used Quick Time and Windows Media Player. Neither would play the sound. Anyone have a problem like this?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI've seen a thread which covers this topic - but I've started a new one, as the question is slightly different.I've just downloaded the Act 1 video player (demo) from the Android Market to see if the sound and video are out of sync when using this media player - and they're not. The video plays perfectly. The downside is that to play more than 2 minutes, I have to buy the app - even though it's not a lot of money ($1.79), that's beside the point! I see that many people with this sync fault have reported it to HTC, but we're all waiting for a firmware update to resolve it. I think giving this app for free would resolve most people's issues!

However, when I put the video on my desktop, the video has no sound. How do I fix this problem?

While watching videos on youtube on my HTC Desire, I noticed a lag in the sound vs. the video. That lag isn't present when I watch it on my laptop (well, the typical 53ms lag yes, but nothing else). I've tried multiple videos and all the same results. Is there a video player I should test this out with, using 5-10 minute clips?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm going on a trip soon and wanted to put some movies on my phone. I found some DVD ripping software, ripped The Dark Knight as MPEG4, and was thrilled when I saw the picture- it looked fantastic. Then I put my headphones in. Where's my sound?
Before this, I had the movie The Book of Eli on my computer, MPEG4. I put that on my phone- sound, but not video. Converted to H.263, got both, but video was terrible quality. Near unwatchable. Should I try converting to a different format? I mean, there has to be some way to get good quality video.
I am implementing GTalk sample application by refering some book But they mentioned the following imports import

But when i am importing it is giving me error the import can't be resolved. I tried those above imports for the following targets 1.1, 1.5, Google api, 1.6.Google api, 2.0, Google api, 2.0.1,Google api, 2.1, Google api No where the above imports found I am unable to import above things.
What could be the reason that a mp4 video file without sound doesn't play correctly when using the VideoView class? The video plays just fine in vlc, mplayer and ubuntu media player. It has been created on the device using ffmpeg. It is like 5 seconds long, so nothing especially big. Codec is H263 with AAC-Audio, though the audio signal is just empty. The problem is, that the video plays, but the image doesn't change, or at least doesn't change a lot. It seems more like a still image, though small movements is sometimes visible but not at all what has been encoded. I noticed that the VideoView stops playing but the time continues to step up, so it doesn't stop counting after 5 seconds but just goes on counting.
I'm using the emulator. Can that be related? I see the following messages in logcat:
CODE:......................
As per title, recorded video sound is very bad on my Magic - the sound is very unclear, with a lot of disturbances etc is this normal or did I get a faulty phone.
