HTC Incredible :: Froyo OTA 2.2 - Flash 10.1 (Beta?)
Sep 3, 2010I got OTA 2.2. Do I now have full flash? or Do I need to do another step. In my apps it shows flash 10.1 (is that beta?)

Aug 4, 2010Google Has not Fixed the issue of the adobe Flash 10.1 for Driod ATM but they will so in the mean time Use this Beta one that works 100%. I have this on my phone So if you want it follow my instructions. (only works for 2.2 Update).

Today I rooted my DInc with Unrevoked Forever, then I Flashed the 8/1 Froyo Leak but I did not flash the Radio.
My Software Info is:
Android 2.2
BaseBand - 1.00.03.04.06
Kernel - 2.6.32.15 - g5e1ad8b htc-kernel@and 18-2 #1
PRI Version - 1.28.002
So far the phone works I have Market 2.2 etc, but I tested Hulu and found out that my "handset" doesn't work with this format. I'm not sure how to check for Flash 10.1 but some video worked on the Adobe flash player site.

HTC EVO 4G :: Browser Closes Automatically When Going To Full Site / Flash Beta
Jul 30, 2010When using stock browser, it closes automatically when going to a full site or one with flash. When going to the same site with dolphin, it opens but there is a green download box. Maybe I need to uninstall flash beta.

Jul 31, 2010Flash seems to be the biggest problem with the 2.2 HTC pre-release build. I've poked around with the problem for a few minutes and have yet to find a solution to getting 10.1 to work, however, you can get around the random crashes by starting your browser and immediately stopping whatever page is loading. Head into the settings and disable java script. This will enable you to still use your browser, just not any flash. Hopefully we'll get a solution shortly.
