I was able to update my droid to the 2.2 version but when I get adobe flash player software and move it to the G drive (where the android is on my pc when its connected) nothing seems to come up on my phone. I must be missing some setup moves on my phone.

I found this site and tested it and it works so you can get Adobe Flash Player to work on your x10 version 2.1. I used the default web app and Dolphin HD browser and it worked through both:

Go to this site and download the apk file to you computer and manually load it onto your phone either by copying to your SD Card and installing. Or If you use MyPhone explorer software then install it though that, once installed re-boot your phone. I tested it on the Avatar web site below and it played exactly the same on the phone as the PC, you have to be patient and wait for Flash Player to load the clip and you really need to do this over a WiFi connection, tap the play arrow in the middle of the screen. But as I said be patient it wont happen immediately but it wont take too long, remember its a phone not a PC.

I just rooted my phone. I'm not new to rooting either. And when I was pulling up a file, I got this screen. Another interesting thing, is that we have a file called FlashSVGPlayer.apk embedded into the phone, and FlashPlugin.apk
Update:
FlashPlugin.apk is Pineone Flashlite Plugin.
but FlashSVGPlayer.apk is Adobe Flash Player.
When I click to open the app page it says not found. Anyone else get this? Anyway to update? Btw I have the 10.1 update that was posted here a month ago.

As for facebook? How do I get to alert me in pop-up format when I get a message or replied to in facebook? I tried in settings and can't seem to see anything that I can tab for it to pop-up? Samsung Fascinate USB cable issue and Adobe flash player.I've got Verizon Samsung Fascinate a few days ago. I really like to phone but there are some things I can't figure out and their tech service wasn't able to answer my questions.First of all I couldn't figure out how to download my pictures from phone to my PC by using USB cable connection. I totally don't understand how USB works with it at all.Second thing, I was trying to watch some of my TV shows but I wasn't able to do so because requests to have adobe flash player. View 4 Replies View RelatedI can start streaming a video perefectly. However, if i pause it to go do something, or to let it pre-buffer, and i play it again, it will play for a little then stop. I look at the seekbar and it says its fully buffered. However, its not and it doesnt play anything and just sits their saying its buffering.
My guessing, well first attempt and finding the culprit, is that the service that is processing the video gets prematurely terminated and restarted thus returning that the buffer is complete.
