I have bb v8 on my phone with a blue rez theme which i like,. Upon loading v1.0 the phonbe seems to be fine. When i relkoaded my blue rez theme everything works except fro incoming calls. The phone force closess all incoming calls. Anyone else have this problem and know of a fix. Is there any new blue themes for 1.0. I assume beacuse v8 is a 53base and v1.0 is a 81 base and the theme is not compatable.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have bb v1 2.1 rom with the nextheme. I miss the blue smoked glass theme i had with the bbv8. When i applied it i can not recieve calls, just keep gettign a forced close error message. I assume it is not compatable. Anyway, been looking but have not found anything yet. The blue theme i had included a "battery" icon that changed color and a blue signal meter. Also it had a acutal satilete icon in the notification panel.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI made this for myself.It is not an approved theme.It is put together different then the others I have put out (for 2.2.2).Please check the Change log at the bottom of pics. I just booted it on 2.2.2 and am up and running fine so far.It is still in the testing faze. Do not apply this and then cry to the guys at Fission about problems.Do read the change log before applying. Its the same theme I always like with a little lighter application.It does not have a base in black out any longer. The base was taken from one of the direct 2.2.2 download themes.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI wasn't that excited over Flash 10.1 support since I seen it on the Motorola Droid (hadn't yet seen it on the Nexus One) and just out of curiosity I went to espn.go.com (the nonmobile version) and went to a video..."Tiger Woods tied for first place". I can't believe how good this looks. No lag, no hickups, perfect. It looks the same as it would on my computer.

This is not the keyboard that the keys turn blue when you press them, the entire keyboard is blue. Thanks to Sneakyfreak for making this and allowing me to share it.You have to uninstall any previous keyboards you are running on swype then install this apk to have it work.
View 16 Replies View RelatedI installed this a few days ago. Runs fast, the battery was initially normal (meaning terrible), but after a few days of normal use the battery life is amazing. Still drops to 80% within an hour or so of coming off charger, then it just hangs on in the 60-80% range for hours and hours under semi-heavy use.

Should I take it back or is there a setting in the phone I am missing. I have made sure the effects are set to "None" and I have also restarted my phone. Nothing seems to work.

When I got to the phone, The home screen was normal. I held the home button to see what apps were recently opened and none of them were music related. I hadn't even listened to any mp3s on the device in days.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI was trying to set up pdanet via blue tooth on a mac and i was struggling along when all of a sudden my blue tooth on my phone turned off. so i tried turning it back on and now it will only stay on for 5 seconds or so before turning its self off again. doesnt matter if i hit any bottons or not while its on for those 5 secs, it will shut its self off. any idea how to fix it? tried taking the battery out already.

View 4 Replies View RelatedSo today I noticed what seems to be a dead pixel (Not really dead, it just stays the same color). I'm not 100% sure if it is,but I notice that it's pretty much always a blue-green color. I tried doing a pixel fix by using one of those videos on youtube, but no luck. I did notice, however, that if i paused the video, the pixel would be filled in on a blue or green picture, but on red it would turn black. Anyone have any suggestions? If not, do you think I should try exchanging it?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to create a basic AlertDialog using an activity with a theme of Theme.Dialog.What I want is for there to be a horizontal bar between the title and the message. However, the bar is not being resized correctly. Rather than being the width of the activity, the bar is the width of the message text. This means that if the activity is being expanded by the message, then the bar will fill the whole activity, so it looks correct. However, if the message width is less than the activity width, the bar only displays above the part of the activity with the text. I've tried every single combination of "fill_parent" and "wrap_content" that I can think of, and none of those work.I've also tried using RelativeLayout and placing the bar above the message text, but that also doesn't work. If I use the RelativeLayout approach and set the bar to fill_parent, it causes the activity to expand to fill the whole screen width, which is also undesirable. Ideally, I want the text placed, the activity width computed, and the bar resized to that width (without affecting it). Is there some way to flag a view to fill the parent view but not to affect its size?

I use dialogs made from layouts, but since I set the theme for the application, they have inherited all of the regular styles and no longer carry a border, etc. My question is: How do I say, "I want everything to use this theme which extends Theme, except dialogs, which should use this other theme that extends Theme.Dialog"? It seems like that's how things work by default but when you set the theme to your own, you lose the dialog theme!
View 3 Replies View RelatedI've extended Theme.Dialog to use a different color as per the sample in the ApiDemos project but for some reason it does not use the theme properly in my project. I created a new project and it works perfectly fine there. The main problem here is that it does not show as floating in my project. Instead, it sets the rest of the screen black except for what would be the dialog window, where it uses the correct colors, etc. Any ideas? I am beating my head against the wall here.

If I do install this theme and decide it doesn't work out for me how would I get the stock theme back on here that came with virtuous 3.1.0. I would have to install the whole virtuous 3.1.0 rom again would I?

Anyhow, I downloaded virtuous Rom using ROM Manager. So I wanted to d/l the Revolution them from ROM Manager too. After it appeared to download, it continuously went from the droid eye boot and the HTC "quietly brilliant." It wouldn't boot to the phone.
Should I just try again or what?

For example, on my moto droid I could use GDE, panda home, or whatever and use all my widgets. with the incredible, i have noticed that i can only use basic widgets when i am using gde? like the friend stream or the message widget, i cant even find it when i have gde loaded.
