Aug 5, 2009I have a 16gb micro sd for my Hero on Orange,have read here that syncing software is loaded on the sd card so will replacing the card stop the sync operations?

HTC EVO 4G :: 32G Micro Sd Card Not Installing Music?
Sep 11, 2010I installed a 32 g micro sd card and transfered music to it. I put several (20 or more) albums on it it onlt shows 11. The folders for the other albums are there but they are empty. If I try to add more music I have the same problem with empty folders.

Nov 14, 2009I got the new (chinless) HTC Hero today and cannot figure out how to get the back off the phone to access the SD card. I'm afraid to apply to much pressure and break something.Additionally, the SD card is not at the location the manual shows.

Nov 8, 2009I've checked related posts and this question specifically pertains to the HTC Hero Sprint CDMA phone. Before connecting my phone to my PC desktop computer, I want to verify if this is the correct method: Question May simply connect my USB cable from my HTC Hero into my USB drive into my PC desktop? Will this pop-up the files, directly, etc? May I simply Copy/Paste the file(s) (pictures, etc.) into a file on my PC desktop hard drive? Is there simply a folder with my Micro-SD card files? Are there any other folders of files, etc. that may be on my phone which may be copied as well (i.e., Apps, etc.)? It's interesting to note that if an iPhone or iPod Touch is ever lost or misplaced, everything is backed up on iTunes on an external device. I suppose if I lose my phone, I'll have to start over. Correct? Or is there a way to backup Scenes, downloaded apps, customizations, etc.?

My internal memory has almost been used up though, and I think this has something to do with my text messages. I was wondering if there is a way to directly save them to my micro SD card, instead of the internal memory? One of my friends, who also had a Hero, had too many text messages and her message app wouldn't open and kept crashing. I don't really want this to happen to my phone.

Aug 9, 2010I have accepted that I just can't get a smart phone. I'm on VZW and have a enV touch, its driving me up a wall. (I also made it go swimming with me so that's problem why). So to cut things short, is it possible to take a Micro Sim card from AT&T put it in a adapter and put it in say, a nexus one or captivate? What id do is take the no-contract pre-paid data plan of the iPad 3G, most likely the 200MB/month for $15 and use Google Voice and other various VoIP clients to use as phone and GV for texts. I pretty much have WiFi where ever I go and pretty decent AT&T 3G in my area. Yes I know, it's just not that simple. Id have to change the APN on the device to att's broadband. Tweak a heck out the phone. 1.) Is it possible? Ive seen it done for a data only iPhone 2.) It is legal right?

Jul 25, 2012I installed a 32 GB micro SD card into my Samsung Galaxy SII. My device appears to recognize it in Settings | Storage since it shows Total space for the SD card as "29.71GB". From within the My Files app, I cannot change directories from what appears to be the built-in memory since the "Up" icon is grayed out.
