HTC Incredible :: ESPN Video Is Crappy When Loads Up
Apr 29, 2010any way to get better video when you go to the site. Im not talking about the flash. You dont need flash for this video. It is the actual player that is crappy when it loads up. Had moto droid looked perfect but not with the incredible. They have a different video player that plays this crappy. view mobile view of espn and you will see what i mean when you click on the video link.

HTC EVO 4G :: Upload Video From Phone To Youtube
Aug 4, 20101.When I try to upload a video from my phone to Youtube it says that I can't upload files bigger than 1gig. The file I am trying to upload is only 124 mb. So what is the problem? (it was recorded in 720) I had to download some crappy 3pg to avi converter so that I could upload it.
2. My second question, is why is it so choppy? Here is video of my 14 month old son eating a lime for the first time. Sadly, the video cuts in and out. Played like this right after the recording on the phone.

Sep 1, 2009I've noticed that when I'm on my mobile network connection (Orange) the quality of the videos in the youtube app are extremely low. However, when i'm connected to a Wi-Fi connection the video quality is very high.Does anybody know how to change the youtube app settings so that I can keep a high video quality no matter what the connection type?

Feb 26, 2010I'm writing an Android app where users can upload video to Youtube. I'd like the Youtube tag field to be pre-filled with a tag that I set. I'd also like the UI to work like this: user clicks on an Upload button, user goes straight to Youtube upload intent (rather than picking from a Chooser), tag field is pre-filled for them.
Is this possible using ACTION_SENDTO?
Currently I have this code, which just launches a Chooser, which really isn't what I want:

Aug 4, 2010I'm getting "video cannot be played" on every video I try to play now...did not do this before upgrade. I am angry because this is a feature I use ALL the time.
Also, EVERY 720p video I shoot has choppy playback when played back on the EVO. I have to use the back button and restart it for it to be okay, which you shouldn't have to do. Any suggestions?

Oct 19, 2010I've pretty much fed up with the stock Youtube app on my Moto Droid, and was wondering if there are any alternate apps or fixes out there. Between it flipping a nut if I try to seek further into the video and the fact that it won't allow me to buffer the video at all is what tweaks me the most. Whats the point of trying to watch anything over 3G if I'm only gunna get 3 seconds of video followed by 3 seconds of buffering through the whole thing?

Nov 9, 2010I am having trouble playing YouTube videos on the application and the website. It will play about half the video and then it says there was an error and it just stops. It does it on the market app and when using the browser. Does it on WiFi and 3g. I've true hard rests reinstalling to no avail. It pretty bad I have to use my wifes hero to watch YouTube videos. Anyone know whats going on? I can play short videos like under 5 minutes ok but any longer and its like the phone stops downloading and when the video catches up to that point I get error. I am still in my 30 day window so is it my phone or is everyone having problems? Thanks

That lag isn't present when I watch it on my laptop (well, the typical 53ms lag yes, but nothing else). I've tried multiple videos and all the same results.
