HTC Incredible :: Don't Get Little Green Circles
Sep 1, 2010I have used the full page People widget since day one. Now that I have FROYO, I don't get the little green circles that tells me a contact has updated something like their Facebook Status.

Apr 21, 2010I was wondering how many of you actually use the green answer key. Since I usually don't. When you dial a number, it's much closer and faster to tap the shown name, or to tap the on-screen "call" (if you don't have the number in people app) then to go all the way to a physical button. When you're answering a call, you mostly swipe the on-screen lock bar to answer. At least I do. So, the only usage of "the green key" for me, is when I'm sending MMI codes (checking data plan). What about you?

Sep 27, 2010On my end, I'm HOT AS HELL. Today has become official the hottest day in Los Angeles on record, breaking 112 degrees in downtown LA. I had an errand to run on my lunch break, so I ventured out into the heat and, while in line at the drive thru to get lunch before heading back, I noticed the LED on my EVO slowly blinking orange, then yellow. I looked, and the phone was no longer charging, even though it was plugged in.
Looking at SystemPanel, my battery was at 118.5 degrees, and it felt a bit hot, but not too much so. Upon returning to my office, the phone is now plugged in and the LED is a solid orange. Was the alternating blinking LED telling me my phone was overheated? If so, have I damaged my phone? It seems to run fine, thankfully.
HTC Droid Eris :: Green Led In Ear Piece
May 28, 2010So I went from leak 2.1 v2 to v3 last night and then did a factory reset. And this morning I've noticed a green LED that is now on inside the ear piece. This is not the LED notification light. This is underneath the ear piece mesh. I've never noticed that before. Has it always been there, and I was just not observant enough? Anyone know what it's purpose is? I couldn't find anything on it elsewhere in the forum.

Aug 27, 2010In the contacts tab when you switch between groups then back to contacts, that color above the names has a noticeable hint of green to it, then when you scroll down a little bit then back up it's black again. Same thing on my vibrant. I'd take a picture or video of it but i dont think it will show on camera.

Dec 2, 2009Ive got my HTC Hero, and you know, it was great. But.. When i turned it on for the first time(and all other times) there were a kind of ''dots'' on the screen. It look a bit like the picture down there(this is just made in Paint, but it really looked like that)
Then i went to the place where i bought it(called 'Telia', a kind of Orange, just in Denmark) and they gave me a new one. But.. The same problem, just a little few(er?) dots.
Then i just want to ask you if thats normal, or i just was unlucky the get two bad phones.. I am going to get a new one again in a hour.

Oct 24, 2010Does anyone know how long your led light notification blinks for missed calls and text messages etc.I thought is was to blink until you checked the missed call or message.Mine is going off after 5 to 8 minutes without going into the phone and checking the missed call or text.Is this normal?

Feb 18, 2010Just the other day I noticed that all of the sudden when I select an app to start from my home screen or other side screens it looks different. Normally when you select an app, a green box appears around the selected app and then disappears when it starts. Now the square has become an ugly rectangle. It looks like a return has been inserted or something. Now selecting an app places a massive green space below the app icon.Anyone else come across this issue? Is this just another bug that 1.6, 2.0 and now 2.1 were supposed to fix with me stuck on 1.5 thanks to the morons at Sprint?

Feb 6, 2010Just wondering if there's a better calender application out there or do most of you use the default one? I find the default a lil weird because of the green 'bars' that fill up corresponding to what time of day it is (not knowing if its a holiday bar or an appointment because its always green). What I am looking for is something that will sync with google calendar and act as a replacement for the default calender - something that will maybe show something for that day w/o clicking on it in monthly view? and maybe a better 'agenda' or something to keep track of my schedules.
