Is there a way to change the battery on the notification bar?
Is there a way to change when I get a low battery warning message? Can I make it at 5 % not the default? Also, can I turn off the audio notification for the low battery warning?
I an very new to the Eris, so I apologize if this is a simple change that I just haven't found yet.
I dont want to use the pre-installed ones, I want to use one that I downloaded.

View 4 Replies View RelatedHow can I change my default email notification? I have a folder on on my SD card root/media/notifications. I have ringtones and such in there. However when I go to the menu...settings...and try to change the ringtone for email...there are no options there at all to select other ones. I can only check mark off the option to be notified. How do I get to choose the other ones I have?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI used "ringdroid" to make notification and ringtone sounds and they show up on the lists but only the ringtones work. And even when I try to select a default notification sound, it doesn't change to it, its stays the same as when the one that it was set to when i got the phone. Any ideas what might be causing this and how to resolve it?
View 7 Replies View RelatedSorry if this has been asked... I've searched and so far nothing. I just got my new Droid Eris. So far I love it, except for my text message sounds. My ringtone works as my new one. My notification sound plays my preference (Clapton's Layla) when I have an email and such, however, when I get a text message, it still plays the default sound. Is there somewhere you change this other than notification sounds?
View 6 Replies View RelatedDoes anyone know if there is a way to change the text that always says "Verizon Wireless" when you pull down the notification bar? I am currently not rooted, but will be doing so in the next few days (I'm still trying to decide what ROM i want to flash to start out). I don't know if this is even possible, but I thought it would be another good way to make my phone unique.

So heres how to change the color of that distracting white notification bar in Kaos froyo V30. Not sure if this is common knowlege but I'll post it anyway. settings> cyanogenMod settings> user interface> status bar (to change color of the clock and add battery % inside battery indicator) >back> Notifications colors> check Custom notification bar> bar color> REBOOT & there ya go I know for sure it works in Kaosfroyo v30 & i'm pretty sure it works in all the kaos froyo versions

View 4 Replies View RelatedThere are a few ways to change the color of the clock, notification bar, and pull down menu.
Standard disclaimer: I take no responsibility for anything you do or screw up on your phone.
AdamZ has updated method A (now called Droid Customizer) and it now changes all notification colors. It will overwrite any other changes you have previously made to the services.jar and framework-res.apk files so the manual method is still useful for people who have already made changes and don't want to lose them.
A - [Release] Droid Customizer v1.0 *Updated 3/02* (edit 4/7/10: fixed this link)
If you are familiar with the installation process of the smoked glass themes then this is an option. Has 13 color options as well as 12 font options that you can use.
B - Manually (sorta) change everything. I did it this way because AdamZ's method in A wasn't out yet and I think the way described in method A might overwrite other changes you have made (not sure on that though)
This will probably look long with a lot of steps but it really isn't too complicated.
