I have been trying to send a picture from my Gallery, via Gmail. I just click on the "share" button, then select Gmail.
However, I've sent it over 10 times for the past two days, to two of my email accounts. I've also tried sending another pic.but nothing. When the Gmail app thing opens, everything seems ok, and I fill in all the info and hit send. But nothing is being sent.

When I click a picture and use the send option to send it to someone via email, it doesn't work. The other side does not receive the email. My husband has HTC Evo and it works fine for him. Is there any setting that I need to change?

I tried to send 15 pictures I sent through gmail. They never went through. It seems it's too large to send. I then just sent 1 picture through gmail. It still said it was trying to send it over 30 minutes after I sent it so I discarded it. Now I sent the same pics through text and they went through just fine. But how can you send pics through gmail? I tried to send it directly from my phone and it didn't work? I saved them to my computer and sent them that way and it finally did work but it took forever to add them to my email because the pics are so large? I don't want to keep trying to send them by downloading them to my computer to send through gmail. How can I send them through my phone? Are the pics just too large to send?

I recently purchased an unlocked Sony Xperia SX SO-05D and am using it outside of Japan. I am not able to send or receive any MMS messages. I have updated the APN settings so that I'm able to get on the internet via data. When I go to the settings in the messaging app there's not even any options/setting for MMS like there was on my Xperia go.

I can not send pictures via text message with the stock message app, Handcent, or Chomp. I had been using Handcent for the past 2 1/2 months or so just fine, it would send pics. Then all of a sudden about a week ago it just stopped. It just kept showing the turning green circle over and over until the sending failed. I updated it, I uninstalled it, I reinstalled it. I tried Chomp. I tried the stock app. None of them will send a pic to another phone or to an email. I can send pics to facebook with the facebook app. The stock email app will send an email with a pic attached however.

i'm trying to send pictures to my brother who has a BB storm. He claims that every picture i send him is very very small, and when he goes into landscape mode, it does not go full screen. At first i thought it was because i was using all 8.2MP and it was resizing the pictures to 50kb out of 1200kb, i would always see 50/1200, or 80k/1200kb and I thought that was why. then i changed the MP to 3mp and then i got it to say 800kb/1200kb but the picture still looks the same. I MMS myself the picture and it goes to a very small image when i send it to myself as well. Am i doing something wrong? is there an option somewhere that is forcing the pictures to resize ? i wouldnt say they are thumbnail size, but i WOULD say they are no where near taking up the full screen and it's kind of pointless to have 8.2mp and only send half of a screen via MMS. ? any thoughts?

Today I was in the middle of sms conversation and suddenly I realized that my phone lost it's ability to send messages as well as calling/receving calls.
Here is info about my phone:
Model/firmware:
Currently flashed rom: I9070XXLQB_I9070OXXLQB_HOME.tar.md5
Model number: GT-I9070
Android version: 4.1.2
Baseband version: I9070XXLQB
Kernel version: 3.0.31-66490; se.infra@sep-116 #2; SMP PREEMPT Tue Feb 15:52:28; KST 2013
Build number: JZQ54K.I9070XXLQB
Network information:
Network: T-Mobile.pl
Signal strenght: -79 dBm 17 asu
Mobile network type: EDGE
Servise state: In service
Mobile network state: Connected
My phone number: unknown
Offline mode is obviously off.
APN matches network.
*#06# shows correct IMEI.
I searched and did everything (flashing another rom, factory resets, swapping SIM card, removing battery for 15 mins, etc.). Only thing that I haven't done is flashing modem, because I don't know if I can flash it on i9070.

i've had this phone since it was released and have never gotten handcent to work properly with MMS. I would get the following errors: unknown error, generic network error, unable to send. Stock messenger works fine with MMS, but doesn't work properly if I have handcent installed. Once I uninstall it, it's fine. As a last resort, I "factory restored" my phone. Handcent still doesn't work. Stock messenger occasionally needs to be force closed with "the process com.android.mms has stopped unexpectedly".................

Yesterday my Dinc started to post a message that it is "unable to send mail" via my Hotmail account. It has a script that you go through to check the settings and I have done that and all would appear to be OK. But, as soon as it checks for mail the message pops back up.
I have shut the phone off and have pulled the battery to no avail. The truly odd thing is emails are coming and going just fine, I'm just getting this dumb message with a tone/vibration warning.

I used to be able to send SMS messages from one emulator instance to another; the reason why I didn't use Eclipse is because the app automatically replies to a certain SMS request, and the other device is used to receive it. That worked fine under SDK 1.1; however, with the upgrade to 1.5 I get a "could not connect client socket to Invalid argument" error when trying to send an SMS from one emulator to another. I've created a separate AVD for each emulator instance, both Google API, and both devices are listed with the adb devices command.

I recently received my new HTC Incredible and connected to my exchange account. Everything thing seemed fine until people told me they had not received my emails. I checked and the emails were in my sent folder and appeared to have been sent. Looking into this further I was able to narrow the problem down to only NEW emails to an outside email address are not received. Any email that I reply to and any new email to someone on the same exchange server are received fine. Just new emails to an out side address are never received but are happily sitting in the sent folder.I deleted the exchange account from the phone and set it up again and had the same results. Pulled the battery, etc. I then setup my account on an HTC Hero and got the exact same results. As a side note the same setup on an iphone works fine.Searching around I think I may have narrowed the problem down to a pin issue between the HTC mail client and the Exchange Server but am not sure. Has anyone else had this issue?
