What I used and have installed: SuperOneClick and SDK manager installed According to the thread from previous asking for the root method for N-04C, I tried to use SuperOneClick to root my phone, and the program actually stucks everytime like the pic...whenever I hit ROOT or SHELL ROOT.
if the picture does not show up...it is just saying
Description ADB cmd type time Result
Killing ADB server KillServer 3.76s
Starting ADB server Startserver 4.62s *daemon not running. starting it...
It does not proceed any further after showing [Starting ADB server] and the whole program just freezes.
My phone is LG Prada P940. The problem is when I connect the phone to usb debug mode, status bar show slow charging, usb debug start completely.
But, when I try to root it in cmd, it sticks at daemon running. When I try "adb devices" command, it says "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx offline".
Now I can't root my phone.
How to make android 4.0.4 devices rooted by superuser?
I open my superuser:
downloading manifest okay
parsing manifest okay
latest version 3.1.1
checked install version 3.1.1
fixing database okay
unpacking sutools okay
check current install path= /system/xbin/su
Downloading new binary okay
gaining root access fail
I have my device rooted by means of UnlockRoot, at first I think the version of superuser is low. So I download Superuser-3.1.3-arm-signed.zip , exact it and replace the old version superuser and su .
I click the root on the software and it seems that everything work. But the fact is that I can't find superuser in my android devices and manually install superuser by myself. And then the phenomenon above appears. It seems that I have rooted the devices and I can't get root access. It is more dangerous than I don't root the devices.

With the new NDK R3 Android it is possible to write OpenGL ES 2.0 apps targeting Android 2.0+. Is there a list of devices which support it? Also, is there a flag for Android Market, that an app requires OpenGL ES 2.0?
I have an N1 and I know that they are making flash for 2.0+ so I figured Wifes Cliq would support it. I went to comcast.net which has flash and clicked on some videos and then it asked to get adobe. I click it and it says operating sytem and or browser does not support adobe flash. How do I get flash. Sorry if its a duplicate thread. I search.
View 20 Replies View Relatedafter some internet based research I didn't found helpfull information about NFC support on android. Is there anyone out there who has information about this? I know that there is an open source project called libnfc.org running and also some other stuff from Contactless Data Inc. Since I'm dealing with a very cool NFC app I'm interested in new devices or features which can support that app. Mobile handsets with Android and NFC functionalities would be a very cool thing.

View 1 Replies View RelatedOn iPhone, iPod touch and (presumably) iPad, Apple has multi-touch event handling available via JavaScript in Mobile Safari. I know the Nexus One recently added multi-touch support via an update, and I believe webOS is also multi-touch enabled. Do Android 2.1 and/or webOS have access to multi-touch in the browser, or is this currently exclusive to Apple devices?
