General :: Match Apex Wallpaper To Lockscreen Wallpaper?
Oct 13, 2013I'm using apex launcher, and I'm trying to match my apex wallpaper to the lockscreen wallpaper. But when I go to the lockscreen wallpaper in settings, it only allows me to choose a few OEM wallpapers. How can I get the apex wallpaper onto the lock screen?This is a minor annoyance, but is there a way I can theme the top of my phone where it tells me the time/cell signal to look like stock ICS? The touchwiz icons are really big and don't look that great, while taking up a lot of space.

General :: Auto Change Lockscreen Wallpaper?
Nov 1, 2013I have been searching around for a way to automatically change the lockscreen wallpaper. I have Samsung Galaxy S4. It has a lockscreen wallpaper called "travel wallpaper" which does this but has major limitations (can't select the images myself, uses mobile data). I ahve tried other wallpaper changer apps / live wallpapers, but they only change the homescreen wallpaper not the lockscreen.
I do have WidgetLocker and added some widget that did the trick... but I am trying to go back to the stock lockscreen since WidgetLocker hasn't been reliable for me (it only works sometimes, others the stock lockscreen shows up. Also WidgetLocker doesn't have media controls.

Nov 2, 2010I have the HTC Evo 4g 2.2 (froyo) and I know that in the hero it allows you to have a wallpaper for the lockscreen and another one for the home page or whatever is called, is there a way to do the same on my Evo I have tried the LockBot but it works when it wants to I also want to be able to lock my phone and the LockBot shows 2 lockscreens I also have the no lock app but they seem to work whenever they want to, is there any other app even if I have to buy it but that it really works well I wanted to buy the lockbot but the comments and ratings are giving me second thoughts and like I said the free one works when it wants to

My question is is it possible to change the vanilla wallpaper on Fresh? Is there a way to find the wallpaper used and change it? If not I'll live with it. It looks much better then sense with fresh.

1) I exported the animation as .mp4 and it came out around 4mb. Is there a way to create an .apk using this mp4 file that will work as live wallpaper and if yes how?
2) Do I have to multiply the width if I want to fit more than one screens? So for three, would it be 540 x 3?
3) Can I just repeat the main live wallpaper(540x960) instead of multiplying the width so that the same animation appears on all screens?

Aug 4, 2010Turned off live wallpaper and battery lasts twice as long period. I still have Beautiful Home Weather but the live background is now off and I can get through two days on one charge. I know this is not rocket science but question yourself if you need a live wallpaper or better, much better, battery life.

Aug 27, 2009I was really dissapointed with the performance of my battery in the hero, even when i turn off wifi and stop my apps from using the network it still drains so fast! so, i thought i would try turning off 3G so it uses 2G just to test and see if it makes a big difference..
It does.. Its far better now.. i dont really see a speed difference using 2G either, granted the inetrnet isnt as fast but i dont hammer the internet anyway, only to check a few sites occasionally so i'll put up with a few seconds delay if it boosts my battery performance as much as it does!

Oct 30, 2010I was wondering. Is there an app for changing the soft keys on my Samsung Vibrant to only activate when pressed long or double clicked? I am just sick and tired of accidentally pressing them because they are so damn sensitive, and unlike the Fascinate or Epic 4g, so close to the touch screen that pressing spacebar on the onscreen keyboard half the time results in hitting the soft keys by accident. I don't understand why we can't customize what the soft keys do and how long or many times activates them, because if you got even normal sized finger tips, it's so annoying to be typing into the search bar and then press back right below and have to retype everything again.
