I have downloaded illumination bar notification app two days ago and deleted. Now the problem is my illumination bar always glowing.. any way to switch it down or get the normal mode?

I understand having the soft keys on the DROID is nice and everything, but a lot of times I'd like to have them not illuminate at all. Is there an app or something that can disable the soft key illumination?

View 6 Replies View RelatedThe only notification light I am seeing is the trackball glowing every 10 seconds. The spec sheet makes it seem like the led above the screen is also supposed to be used for notification ala my G1. I tested it using sms and email and the notification ringt one rings but then no flashing led, just the pulsing white trackball every 10 seconds. One thing I really liked on my G1 was seeing the notification led's and being able to tell if it's an email, missed call, or sms by the color of the led flashing. Is anyone else's led notifying them? Oh, and my led isn't broken. When I plug it in to charge it's orange and turns green when finished charging.

It happens at the top of the screen just to the right below the battery. It's a quick yellow glow then it disappears until my phone is locked then unlocked again. 1) How can I Overclock my mobile? I have already tried setCPU and CPU master but of no use.

I uploaded a custom rom on my xperia x10, for that i unlockd the bootloader and stuff..
Now, my phone is switched off since 15 days, when ever i try to switch it on, it vibrates once and nothing at all afterwards...if i press power button again, it won't vibrate, unless and untill i remove the battery and reinsert it in phone..
i see three red flashes of light, when connected to PC..
1. PC Companion for update, repair and custom repair is not working...most of the time phone is not detected..
2. SE-update service is also not working and phone is shown as Xperia arc..
3. Flashtool, doesn't recognize the handset
4. few, technician told me box flash would work, but again, it didn't work out
Now, i don't know much about this, but i do understand that hardware seems to be good, till now, the only issue is software and that to initial boot process i.e. bootloader.
is there any other way i can upload a new custom rom on my xperia ??
Yesterday ı rooted my phone without doing anything about bootloader. And ı installed an app' anim mod' to customize my phone. Then it was written that the phone had to reboot to make this app useful. There was an option 'reboot now' . I selected rebooting at that moment. The phone stuck in sony and xperia logo. This continued for a really long time. I hold the power and volume up buttons until the phone vibrated 3 times. After that it doesnt react anymore doesnt even charge. The charge was about %60 when all these happened. I left the phone on charge.What can ı do to start the phone? I tried to repair by pc companion but doesnt work.

Everything goes ok till downloading the files from the internet i.e preparatory stage. It then tells me to remove and turn off the phone and reattach while continuously pressing the back key (IMAGE 01). It says to select USB connected and mount the SD card. I am following the instructions to the T but nothing forward happens. I have repeated it over 50 times but no reward. It just does not go into the next stage of installation even after waiting 30-45 mins but sends out an error (Image 2)
I thought maybe xrecovery, OS Monitor, superuser, Antivirus might be interfering so I removed them too. Has rooting got anything to do with it?
