locate External USB folder. I have Samsung Galaxy Note10.1. As soon as USB is connected, a message appears in bottom right corner:"USB connector connected", then disappears. I try to locate the sub-folder in the Storage Folder, but it's not there. I don't know where it is. I go to Setting and reset it to factory default, then it works. But when I unplug USB stick and plug it in again, it doesn't work. How come it doesn't read USB stick?

I want to locate the file where the Personal Language Data is stored (Predictive text)
The Keyboard I use is Samsung keyboard.I went to Samsung Keyboard Setting > Predictive Text > Personalized Data is check on. I can not find any clue how to export this data to a text file or database file so i can browse / edit it or transfer it to another device.
Without turning on GPS, the phone cannot find my location at all. It doesn't know where I am, so the apps such as weather bug and google map won't work unless I turned on GPS.
Does anyone have this problem. It can find me after I turned on my GPS. It's like it can't locate the cell tower network.
I just got my Behold 2 a couple of days ago and love it. Like ya'll, I hope they update droid to 2.0 or greater. The problem that I am having is with the GPS. I have turned it on in the settings, but it does not seem to work. I cannot locate my position while using google maps. I downloaded a weather app and it could not locate my position either. The icon lights up showing that the phone is searching but it does not find anything. I am thinking that I should trade this one in for another while I can. Anyone else have this problem? (I have been outside during clear weather during the searches.)

Is there a way to locate all the fonts installed on Android?
I have several fonts through an app 'Go Launcher Fonts'. It is no problem setting those fonts for Go SMS or Go Launcher, or for other apps that can scan the system for fonts.I want to put the fonts for another app to use, that apparently cannot scan for fonts.I can't find them. The ones installed through 'Go Launcher Fonts' is not in /system/fonts, and I can't find any of the fonts names via Astro. Is there a font collector app of some sort that can scan through all the fonts and tell you where they are? My phone is not rooted, running a standard HTC Desire HD / Android 2.3.
So, I've got this LG730/Venice (Boost Mobile), also known as US730/Splendor. The problem is that it is stuck in a boot loop(repeating LG logo). I have tried every method, but the phone will not hard reset. I now want to try a recovery on it. I have found a way to get it into download mode, BUT after scouring the net I can not locate the stock ROM or a custom ROM that will (specifically) work with this phone. I would prefer the stock ROM if it is out there somewhere. Any ROM out there that will work for this phone? Also, are the ROM's phone specific or can the same ROM be used for different phones, for instance, can the ROM for the Optimus L7 be used for this phone?

But there's some problems
-I am unable to locate the kernel file in my stock rom
-The phone doesn't start bbot animation -It show the first logo, the second and keep stuck- I can't have a logcat.
Note : I haven't bricked it, i can start cwm.
I'm pretty sure my home screen would do landscape with keyboard closed the first couple of days I had the phone and now it wont do it unless the keyboard is out. Anyone else have the same issue?

A phone that I actually have been waiting for ever since the IPhone came out because I knew the technology would be where I wanted it to be for the most part (speed, HD, capacity, upgrade ability/customization. Has anyone figured out how to do this? When I hold my finger on a text and choose forward, I only get the box where I have to type in each contact individually. Is there a way to show a list of my contacts when forwarding or at least a way to forward to a group? I have groups set up, but there doesnt seem to be a way to access them when forwarding. I have tried every option and every menu and cant find out how to do this on the Epic?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've had this issue with Nexus 7 rooted stock ROM 4.1.2 and 4.2 using TWRP 2.3.2.1.
Earlier I had gotten a TWRP version to save to a USB-OTG but then I had some problems with root and I re-rooted the device. Then I got error message trying to use TWRP. I upgraded to 4.2 and problem persisted.
Running stock ROM 4.2 on rooted Nexus 7.

E:Unable to locate android secure partition
Using Ghost Commander, I go to /data but the folder does not open. I can go to /sdcard/TWRP/BACKUPS/hash/hash/date and that folder does open, but it is empty.
Finally my Vista computer can see my phone. Support for Epic? 4G (SPH-D700) SAMSUNG
