I rooted with thys method:[URL] (RootMaster) But Download Mode doesn't work = i can't install new ROM.
I trying many methods... but flash / odin NOT work beacuse Download Mode not work.
I press home+Vol-+power OR home +(Vol+)+power and nothing
I dont have recovery mode too.
I have root i check it.

I have a count down timer that when it goes off (to zero) it checks to see if the app has focus. If not it launches a notification in the notification bar. When you click on the notification is re-opens the app. Now all of this works fine but if the screen happens to go off, the timer keeps going and the notification is available at the right time but never actually vibrates or rings until i turn the screen back on. Then it displays the notification like it was waiting in a queue or something.
How do I get it so that the notification manager will actually alert the user when the screen is turned off?
Update: If I set the timer for 2 minutes, it takes another 2-3 minutes for the notification to actually work. So it does work but it's on a huge delay! Code: So I setup the notification service when the app loses focus, and when the MyCount1 is finished is checks if the app has focus and if not it shows the notification. This all works when the screen backlight is on. Once it goes off it is unreliable.

I have a MotoDroid that has Froyo 2.2... I rooted it and am running a new rom. I was trying to boot into recovery using rom manager and it doesnt work. I also tried holding the x and power button down to reboot and it wont work either. It just shows the "M" for a long time then flashes "M" comes up again and in load like normal or it sometimes freezes and I have to take the battery out. just also tried to back up current rom and that doesnt work either.

Reinstalled busybox via titanium backup, didn't fix.
I think downloading is disabled, but can't find it under settings/apps, so I can't find a way to enable it. Play store won't open. My browser does not have the menu button (square with three bars in it). I am using new Nexus 7 with Android 4.3.1.

a) Speaker doesn't work in call (very weak). works well in ringtones etc.
b) Scrolling contacts by letter doesn't work.
Other than that this is a leap forward, especially with the overclock options!
Both bugs, as well as others, fixed in 1.6.3.1 update!
I rooted my phone last night and it worked and all that and I got the SuperUser app. But before I go into more detail, I have the Galaxy s3 I737 or whatever it is for at&t. I decided that I wanted to put a custom ROM on. I downloaded ROM manager from the play store and then opened it up and downloaded CM 10.1 build and the GApps for it also. I clicked all of the boxes for it to make a back up and to wipe all that stuff also and then it started loading and all that. After it was done loading, the phone restarted and had the little CM guy on there and it had the CM boot logo it said that Setup Wizard has stopped and that the process URL.... has stopped.

I cleared cache abd defaults if play store but still the issue persist.
Due to some bug or something my Play Store doesnt work (On both my phones & PC, It has to do with my Google Account country) I contacted Google and they told me nothing could be done about it.
I was wondering if any of you know of a good App Market that doesn't link to the Play Store? I tried GetJar, AppBrain & BAM but they all link to the Play Store page. (It always says "This item is not available in your country" unless Ive installed it before)I also tried SlideME but it didn't even have some very known apps.
I have a problem on my HTC One S (S4) everything Stock (again)... no root, bootloader locked etc.. (but don't think the problem is device specific)
Yesterday i saw under notifications that "google+" is auto-updating to latest version. but because of i don't want to use google+ (and i can't uninstall it), i pressed and hold (during the update-process - on the notifications bar) and tapped on "App Info". From there i selected to stop the task, cleared the data and deactivated. Then it was gone also from the notifications. -- i know i could have tapped only once and stopped the update in playstore, but i just wanted to make it quick.
But the problem started there: when i want to open playstore, it shows up for a second then closes back again with a FC. Reboot didn't worked.
I have done clearing data of "Google Play Store" and "Google Services Framework" and rebooting but this did not solve the problem.i received 3 Update-Notifications for some apps but when i tapped on the notification, playstore opens then closes after a second the same way.
I got also a com.google.gapps (as far as i remember) FC-error sometimes..I wanted to install the playstore from an apk, but interestingly i couldn't download anything from the (stock) internet browser (the download does simply not start or the download-page closes). I also tried with Chrome to download, but there i even got FCs when i wanted to download anything. So i think this has to do something with the playstore-problem.is there a way i could fix this, without restoring the whole phone?
I've got a problem with my play store. I have Samsung galaxy S3 and the problem is that my play store doesn't show me most of apps, I can't even find angry birds. It doesn't show me apps to buy for money. Nothing. Also there are apps which I can't download because it says 'This item is not available in your country'
I used my friend's email to log into play store and the problem's gone. Everything work fine. I created a new email account but it still doesn't work I can only fully use play store using his email.
why Rom manager doesnt recognize the ClockWorkMod 5.0.0.8 installed on htc sensation 4G??? if i click download Rom or backup Rom it tells me that i need the clockworkmod installed first , but i already have it.

I am trying to install Clock Work Manager on an "AllWinner A10 CPU Cortex A8 1GHz Android 2.3". I have installed Rom Manager and Rom Manager Premium but when I click the install ClockWork thing it sais "confirm your phone type" The phone type listed is "Android B1" After clicking Confirm it comes back and sais its an Unsupported Device at this time and asks if I have manually installed it. I purchased this Tablet on Amazon.

My tablet had 1mobilemarket installed instead of play store, but since I believe play store is better and I wish to have my gmail linked with my devices, I tried to install it. However, it won't work. I can download and install it just fine, but when I click on it I just get a white screen and it crashes.

I've tried downloading a bunch of diff versions. But nothing wants to work. I got one to work, well, somewhat. It let access it and play around. It wouldn't let me d/l anything. Any good app is in the Google play store.

But when i do "adb reboot-bootloader" the pc just says "the usb device fails to enumerate or something like that. Everything works except for Fastboot and i dont know why. View 2 Replies View RelatedWe have several android devices in the family and only one bluetooth mouse/keyboard. we prefer joining the tablets with hard peripherals when not on the go.
Here's the problem: one of the tablets' screen is burnt out so I have it plugged into a television via hdmi. I can look at the tv to estimate where to touch the tablet to sync up the bluetooth peripherals, but it's tedious and takes too long. We're swapping the bluetooth peripherals constantly so it would be better if the tablet "remembered" the bluetooth devices and didn't need to be paired each time. I realize that bluetooth doesn't work that way, but there has to be a way to do this, or a better way at least.
I'm trying out both the Galaxy S3 and the LG Nexus 4 on AT&T.
When I was using the S3, I just inserted my SIM card and I was good to go. I like to use the Speedtest app when I'm out and about to see what speeds I'm getting, and the app worked just fine on the S3.
Last week, I got the LG Nexus 4 and inserted the SIM card and was also up and running. However, the Speedtest app does not work out in the field. It works just fine on my WiFi network but, when I try it outside, it just gives a large ping number and then does nothing. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Speedtest app, but still nothing.
I don't know why but my google sync stopped. I used to have this several times a day the last days but now it seems to be permanent.

I'm having issues with Internet. Google sign-in, Facebook sign-in, Twitter etc I can't go to Google Play for the first time i.e. Accept screen then I can use WiFi to work. nothing works with WiFi if I connect the Data it works. But in browser http sites works fine.
I'm using a Belkin router. I tried 3 different Android's same problem. I tried using Google DNS address still no go. I updated the Routers firmware as well.
