General :: Fonts For Samsung UI

Started to explore the matter of changing/adding fonts via settings/device/font style. From there you have to option to pick a pre-installed font or click below on "get fonts online". I can't seem to understand why none of the font packs will work. They install and populate in the font list under settings/device/font style however when ever you select one it tells you it's not compatible and continues to ask if you'd like to uninstall the font pack.

I just ran the persistent root and it worked great. I'm trying to copy Arabic fonts from the memory card into the phone but am running into a problem after running adb shell. The device is recognized by the pc and lists it as "sgh-t939". But the second command I think it wants to remount the memory card [ remount rw ] and I'm encountering a problem -- displays "remount: not found" I am simply following directions for adding the same fonts from a rooted galaxy. I have highlited where I'm stuck in red.

Just wondering whether anyone has tried downloading/installing additional fonts for their Galaxy S yet.Are the fonts limited to those that can be downloaded from the Apps store? Or are we able to install fonts from other websites too?

How to download more fonts for samsung galaxy S. when i click on "More Online" button( from settings menu>sounds and display), it redirects me to the market and nuthing comes in the search.Can neone tell me if there is anything else i can do to download fonts.

Is it possible to add more fonts to use, by loading them from my PC via the USB connection ? Or how can I use the fonts I have on my PC on my S4 without having to go the app route ? I have a couple of True type fonts I'd like to use, but need to know how to install them on the phone.

How to view devnagari text on Micromax A60 ? I have installed droidhindi.ttf as well as droidfallbacksans.ttf also but its not working.
While using Facebook, blank boxes are displayed in the place of text for some messages/ updates. Is this particular handset is not capable of showing the Devnagari/ indic/ Unicode fonts?

Is there a way to locate all the fonts installed on Android?
I have several fonts through an app 'Go Launcher Fonts'. It is no problem setting those fonts for Go SMS or Go Launcher, or for other apps that can scan the system for fonts.I want to put the fonts for another app to use, that apparently cannot scan for fonts.I can't find them. The ones installed through 'Go Launcher Fonts' is not in /system/fonts, and I can't find any of the fonts names via Astro. Is there a font collector app of some sort that can scan through all the fonts and tell you where they are? My phone is not rooted, running a standard HTC Desire HD / Android 2.3.

I used the search button, my question is: I want to change the fonts on my xperia arc s. but not just with a third party app, that only half of the fonts are replaced, i want it so that every single letter in every app is changed. for example i have (as i said the arc s) and my girlfriend has the sgs2. when i compare my letters with hers in whatsapp, i have the same font as her (because of a third party app), but the name of the person i'm writing with is still the stock font. on sgs2 the font from the text and the contacts name are both the same.

I have a webpage that uses "Courier New" and "Source Code Pro" monospaced fonts. Unfortunately, simply copying these two truetype fonts to my /System/Fonts directory and rebooting isn't enough to fix the problem.
I need Android-specific html code in order for my webpage to be displayed properly on my Android web browser. If I'm right, I'm hoping the android-specific code wouldn't affect Windows desktop web browser viewing.
Below is my best attempt to make this work. But, my Android just laughed at me.

Ok so the new update does this thing where it says it's analyzing my fonts or something like that. Anyways it never finishes lol I've left it for about 2 hours and it was only at 3 percent.

I'm try to change font of A50 by Fonts Changer. But mistake by rebooting it can't not finish to start up.
By it still showing word "Garmin Asus" and logo android.
- I'm try to wipe userdata. but it still show word "wipe userdata" + "Garmin Asus" + Logo adroid and it not restart like normal.
- I'm not install bussy box or ROM manager or fastboot into it. So i'm can't connect it by ADB too.

I have Pentech IM 850K
android version 4.1.2
at that time when i deleted fonts phone was rooted with Framroot 4.1 and now I unroot it with framroot.I deleted 4 or 5 System fonts.
the problem is when i turn on phone Stuck on Olleh Logo and then I remove the bettery and turn on it in recovery mod and then when i wip and reset the phone and then phone turns on every time I do this.

I have written an application which is working fine in Emulator.But when I install the same in Android device Samsung Galaxy 2.1 ,the fonts appear very small compared to the fonts in Emulator.How to solve this issue ? How to make my application to make it appear similar in both emulator and device.

What about connecting the letters? My Evo with 2.2 (rooted) displays arabic fonts, but they are disconnected making it worthless almost when reading online. The Arabic keyboard app helps connect texts when typing, but this is only inputting - displayed Arabic fonts are still disconnected.
I've done some digging around and I'm still unable to find a reliable way to get Arabic fonts to display correctly.
