I have a Droid Incredible 2 and I would like to move pictures that I take with the camera to different folders on the SD card. Is there a way to do that?

View 6 Replies View RelatedIs there any way to move photos that I have taken into separate folders? Right now they are just sitting in the "Camera Shots" Album. I would like to be able to create several other albums (i.e. kids, family, friends, pets, etc) to easily access pictures instead of scrolling through 100's. m sure i not the only one thats wants this cuz its kind of annoying to see all the photos in one album rather then have it all organized.

Today, I had some spare time so I tried to download an attachment. It downloaded fine but when I went to view it, I received a pop-up box to save it to the sd card. After pressing ok, I was told the save was successful but now I can't find it. Aside from pics and videos, how do I access other folders with saved data?

I'm wondering what happens when I flash and install a new os. I'm sure that, like a Windows PC, the new ROM won't see those apps on the sd card. No problem reinstalling.
Is there a way to find those orphan apps on the sd card and delete them so as not to clog up the sd card?

View 8 Replies View RelatedI am going to try to hard reset my Incredible in hopes it fixes a couple problems I'm seeing since getting 2.2. I want to back up my apps though, so I go into manage applications and pick an app, but the 'move to SD card' option is grayed out. Also, to hard reset all I have to do is from home screen touch menu-settings-privacy- factory data reset - reset phone. Or is there something I should do instead?

View 2 Replies View RelatedTrying to figure out why I can't open file attachments from emails. Received some pdf files and two doc files today. Tried opening files from email with pdf reader program and quickoffice or whatever its called. Neither type of file would open. Tried to download then open files with same problem. Files are definitely .pdf and .doc, just opened and rad them on laptop now. Also confused...is there any way to look at my SD card folders and files through a phone app? Can't figure out how to see anything other then my music and photos.

When I select move, and go to the SD card and select paste it gives me an error. I can move from one directory on my Onboard Drive to another Directory on my Onboard drive. I can also Move from one directory to another on my SD Card. But I can't move from my Onboard Drive to SD Card, or vice versa. Anybody else having this problem? Is there another file manager I can get that'll do this?

some days ago when i connected my fone to pc most of the sd card folder are shown as shortcuts and when i double click on then windows shows a script error dialog box and the folder opens in a new window....
I can find the folders ok with file managers when i use them on my fone and also found that all those folders have a '.lnk' folder with the same folder name. so i deleted those .lnk files from m sd card using es file manager hoping that it'll fix the problm bt it got worse..
now i can't fin d those folders when connecting to pc.. not even as shortcuts...
I created a speed dial folder in Open home....but it has been lagging and force closing a lot. I would love to be able to move this folder to the basic home or to Home ++. Can you save this? or do I have to recreate if I switch home apps?
