I set my pictures to be saved to sd card, however I can't see the pictures in my computer from my sd card. According to the picture settings in the phone, they should be in /100MEDIA folder but from my computer I don't see them. Where are the pictures being saved in the sd card?

I instaled a sd memory card, changed the settings in the camara options. Pics are saved in extSdcard folder but not in the memory card. What can I do?
View 1 Replies View RelatedFirst post. I've looked up this topic so as to try to avoid posting a duplicate, however I can't seem to get the specific answer I'm looking for even still. Been trying to figure out how to do this all day now and have a headache, so please forgive my aggravation. All I am trying to do is store a picture for each contact on my contact list. I can only find pictures stored taken directly from my phone camera. I cannot find any pictures stored on my SD card. Now, before I am told I need to hook up my Moment to a computer with the USB cable, every time I do that all that happens is the phone charges and neither the computer nor the phone recognize each other. I tried saving pictures and e-mailing them to myself, where I then tried saving them to the phone and the only way I could do that was through the SD card. I do not even know how to physically remove or add the SD card as there does not seem to be any openings on the phone itself for it. My laptop runs Windows XP. My question is: How do I access the saved pictures on my SD card AND how do I get my computer to recognize my phone if I need to use it to do this?

The stock media player for the Incredible $ucks number one because it only brings up an image of the video and has no other identifying feature such as a name for the video and number two I downloaded a third party app that has a better video player that does allow an image of the video and also a name of it but how do I go about renaming videos that I have taken. I tried on the computer and every time I selet a video to rename it, it tells me that renaming the video may make it unusable or something which obviously will defeat the purpose of making the video in the first place.

I'm having a problem finding picutres or wallpapers saved to my sd card on my eris. I have Astro File and I just bought a wallpaper from Verizon and it says it's saved to my sd card yet I can't find it anywhere. I checked my photos, and all the folders in astro. I just put a bunch of videos into a folder I created titled "Videos" and now Act1 can't find em and the default picture viewer seems to create doubles. How do you guys organize them? I went on there to save some pictures my friend has sent me, it says that it saves the attachment to the sd card, but is nowhere to be found on my phone atall. I never had trouble finding them before, so as you can probably tell, im quite confused. I don't always have internet to check them, and they are veryimportant to me, does anyone have any intake, or helpful advice to give? I spent about 2 hours trying to find it---drained my battery doing it(battery still doing much better though--lasted 12 hours today with very, very heavy usage!).
I did see there are some apps to manage your sd card, but am thinking surely I can access it w/out one?
