I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (P3110). I had downloaded a few movies on it from Google Play store. Now I can't see any of them when I connect the Tab to my Mac using Android File Transfer. I can see the movie files are there in the Tab under Applications/Google Play Movies/SD Card. But I can't when I tether the Tab to my Mac.

View 6 Replies View RelatedMy 3 y/o daughter loves watching cartoons (Barbie) on my Galaxy Tab and Galaxy Note. However she often accidentally deletes the movies (she's only 3) while changing cartoons. I keep the movies on my micro SD card but unlike the SD card the micro doesn't have a lock to prevent deletion.
Is there a way or app that can prevent her from accidentally deleting the cartoons?
I'm trying to rent or buy movies in play store. I click the price and in the pop-up window it says: The article you bought is not available where your are (it is originally in German). I cannot go on to pay.
I have a S2g with latest German firmware (rootet). Problem is that it works perfectly fine for my wife, who has exactly the same phone+firmware and is in the same network. Why I cannot access the movies? GT-I9100G
how to delete a movie I recently purchased off the play store from the play movies and TV app.. I had also downloaded a short 2 minute sneak peak to a new episode of breaking bad from the play store that got added to my tv shows and I cannot figure out how to delete that either... There's gotta be something I'm missing here.. I used to be able to click the menu icon and remove the movie when it was the old play store

We still haven't figured this out? Apple still slaps DRM all over their video content? I want to buy a season of a show from iTunes to watch on my Nexus and I won't be able to because of DRM. I don't want to pay $40+ for a crappy DRM-Remover app. Is there really no legal/easy way to watch iTunes-purchased videos on my Android device??

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an LG Optimus F3Q (I know, I know) with only 2 GB of internal storage, and 1.5 GB of that is taken up by apps and the operating system (I don't want to spend hours deleting apps one at a time to see how much space frees up, only to find out that it hardly gained me anything), so the remaining space isn't even enough to save one downloaded movie from Google Play. I have a 32 GB SD Card, but Google Play will not save a pinned movie to the SD card, and this thread suggested that it's not possible: Can Google Play Movies Play from an SD Card? I want to be able to save a pinned movie so I can watch it on airplanes or other places where data service doesn't work.
Are there any other apps which allow you to purchase a movie legally and save the downloaded movie to the SD card, preferably without rooting the phone? (I'm worried that rooting the phone will introduce another whole level of unpredictable problems that support won't be able to work with.) Either a method to trick Google Play into saving the file to the SD card (that's not circumvention of copy protection, since I'm not trying to duplicate the file), or, an entirely separate app, from Netflix or Amazon or whoever, that lets you buy movies and save them onto the SD card, where they might expire after some time period.
(It certainly seems silly if they think this restriction prevent "piracy" -- even if it's stored on an SD card, the Google Play player could still refuse to play the file after the expiration date. Of course someone could try to reverse-engineer the Google Play player to circumvent the restrictions, but for that amount of effort, a user could far more easily obtain a pirated copy some other way. So refusing to save files to the SD card gains them exactly nothing in terms of preventing piracy.)
I know that a tablet is best used via the touch screen, however I intend to connect my Android Tablet to the TV to watch movies and TV shows from the comfort of the sofa.I've just bought a wireless mouse which works with my Tablet, that is until I want to watch movies or TV shows.
While sat on the sofa, several meters from the TV and Tablet I can control the Tablet with my wireless mouse. No great shakes there but my problems start when I want to watch movies or TV shows. If I watch anything that I captured with my camera or Tablet I can control the aps by bringing up menus so that I can press pause, play fast forward or rewind.
However when I want to watch a movie or TV show I can not find a way to bring up a menu so that I can select pause, play forward or rewind. The only option I get is that when I right click I am kicked out of the movie/TV show and back to the general menu of all my available movies and TV shows.
why I can access playback menus for home produced video but I can't with movies or TV shows?
When I purchase a movie, does a complete file download to my phone? Or, is it something that I can stream from my account only? I would like to place it on my computer as well.

I'm looking for a way to send streaming movies on my HTC One (primarily Redbox Instant) to my Panasonic Viera smart TV. I can send Youtube videos to it so it seems it may be possible. But I don't see any options on Redbox Instant for doing this. I've tried using the mhl adapter and it just doesn't work good at all and I'd rather go wireless through DNLA anyway. Since I already have a smart TV, I'd rather not have to buy chromecast, but if that works I may have to.

I watch a lot of Manga/Animi and they are low quality/resolution and look very blocky when playing at fullscreen, I have tried MX Player Pro and Dice Player.
Is there any Video Players that smooth the image or upscale or enhance the video during playback.
