I cant log into my bank website or Direct Tv or Sunday ticket app. It says user name or password is wrong, I know they are not I have changed them and can log in on my computer no problem.

I'm looking at ways to sell my app to countries where Android Market does not allow people to buy apps (only free apps available in market).
I was looking at Slideme.org, but most of the apps there seem free and the details on their website seem scant about how to actually setup an account so they can pay me using say PayPal. Also, I couldn't reach them by phone, so I'm guessing its a pretty small operation.
I was also thinking about using Google Checkout to sell directly from my website. Would use a buy now button for digital content delivery, using a server 2 server back end post to send a license key to Google checkout which they only show to user after they've paid (or authorized, or something). User would then enter license key on my website using an Android phone browser only and if key is good would get redirected to the .apk file for download.
Still lots of risks for piracy. I suppose having the user enter the license key in the app itself and having the app communicate back with the server for validation might be better, and there are other solutions for that as well.
My main questions are: - Does anyone have experience using SlideMe for actually selling apps, and are they good with service and getting you paid? -Is there any issue with using the same Google Checkout account that is linked to my sales on the Android Market to sell directly from my website?? -Is it against any Google policy to sell an app directly using Google Checkout for the same app that is available through Android Market?
I am looking to customize my icons for direct message direct dial, to the best of my knowledge better cut can do this, however i have heard it is not compatible with launcher pro beta that i use, so does anyone know what it is compatible with? also what size do i need to make my icons and what format do i save them in?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI just installed the new Chase Banking app from the Market. it's really well done, letting you check balances, pay bills, and yes, make deposits by taking a picture of your check. I haven't tried that feature yet, but it looks easy enough.

I did and they are going to forward that to the request department. I also found out they are making a BlackBerry application.Who uses BlackBerries still? Android is where its at. I bank through PNC and was thinking using Android Banking (as far as I can tell PNC does not have there own app yet). I'm still not sure about using a third party app and having my identity stolen. I know I can get the info by using the browser, but it just seems that apps are more convenient.

AndroLib, Find all applications and games available in the Android Market for your Android Phone, HTC Dream, HTC Magic etc... shows that it is out there! I hope this isn't an Android 1.5 thing... Anyone else been able to find it or use it? I am really pumped up about being able to deposit checks by taking a picture of them and instantly having it deposited in account.

I just got a Toshiba Thrive and I can't load ZDbox on it. Play says it isn't compatible with my device. I don't understand how I can load it on my Atrix, but not my tablet.

I work on a cruise ship and we're continually crossing time zones. Currently, to alter the time zone on my (rooted) HTC OneX, I need to pull down the notifications tray, select settings, scroll down and select date and time, then select time zone. I can't use the Auto function, as the network time on the ship (satellite) is only available over Wi-Fi, for which I have to pay an exorbitant rate.
I'm looking for an app that will allow me one-tap access to changing the time zone. 'Time Zone Widget Light' almost does the job, as a tap on the widget scrolls through pre-set time zones, but this only allows me to step forward, and sometimes I need to go backwards as well (sadly our ship itineraries refuse to follow pre-set time zones, although I'm working on it!)
Any app, or perhaps a toolkit that lets me drill down to sub-layers of the android settings menu and create a short-cut?
Recently bought a xperia z and i need to send him files around 2 gb.
I select a 200 mb press send from wifi direct on my s3 it finds the xperia z. I accept the message on the xperia z
