You can fill out a form to send an e-mail to Chase and request they make an Android application like their iPhone one. I did and they are going to forward that to the request department. I also found out they are making a BlackBerry application.Who uses BlackBerries still? Android is where its at. I have a feeling if enough people request it we might get it done!

I just emailed them early this morning (middle of the night) and received a message rather promptly. In the effort to provide better service to our existing customers, Chase's product and service development team is currently working on a similar application of our iPhone Quick Deposit for Android phones. Android Application is available in mid November 2010. Chase Android application will be available for download and will have functionally consistent with Chase iPhone application. Android app will have Quick Deposit functionality and eligibility that will mirror iPhone Quick Deposit."

View 7 Replies View RelatedI just saw a commercial for the Chase Real Cash Debit Card and in the scene where the guy is standing at the counter and his phone rings, he pulls out a MotoDroid! Just thought I'd share this. I think that it's cool that we are finally seeing Android phones in other commercials. I still haven't seen one in a TV show or movie yet, but I'm sure it's only time before I do. I tried finding the commercial with google, but I guess it's just too new of a commercial to be on the internet yet.

I bank through PNC and was thinking using Android Banking (as far as I can tell PNC does not have there own app yet). I'm still not sure about using a third party app and having my identity stolen. I know I can get the info by using the browser, but it just seems that apps are more convenient.

AndroLib, Find all applications and games available in the Android Market for your Android Phone, HTC Dream, HTC Magic etc... shows that it is out there! I hope this isn't an Android 1.5 thing... Anyone else been able to find it or use it? I am really pumped up about being able to deposit checks by taking a picture of them and instantly having it deposited in account.

When I do this, the chooser comes up and gives all kinds of choices, for anything that can handle text/plain i assume, because there's stuff in there that doesn't support "e-mail". How can I make it so that it will only show applications that support email (gmail, mail, yahoo mail, etc...) and not stuff like "Bluetooth", "Facebook", etc...
I found a downloadable app online called "mobile banking UK", but I'm not sure if it would be compatible with the tattoo's resolution and everything? Does anybody know for sure if mobile banking UK actually works with htc tattoo? Or know of any other mobile bank apps for UK users?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm having trouble with sync/delete working. I just started using G-Mail. I never needed it before (my home and work e-mail was enough). But now i do (looking for a new job and want the e-mails instantly on my phone). when i delete an e-mail on my phone (G-Mail account) it comes back. I use "windows live" as the client on my desktop. it's like they are separate accounts. If i delete something on the desktop, it's still on my phone. If i delete something on the phone, it's still on the desktop my Exchange e-mail account works perfect (when i delete something in outlook, it's deleted on my phone at the same time).

I've been using the HTC app, but have noticed that after a day or so the notification sound stops playing when I receive an email. This happened for anyone else? Anyone tried both apps for any length of time and have strong opinions over which app is better? I saw a review that said the HTC app is better but the Google one doesn't seem too bad to me... View 9 Replies View Relatedfor some reason i can't seem to set up my personal yahoo email account. i keep getting an error saying i'm not authenticated? i just logged in with this pc and didn't have any problems. i was trying to set it up using the mail widget google /gmail worked just fine with their widget are they trying to just force me to use gmail only anyone have any similar problems and/or tips to get it set up. i would like to move to one email account but you know how it is, you get on, you get another, people have the old address guess i could forward yahoo to gmail.

1 POP (Hotmail) - Once daily
My issue is that I am receiving alerts for the same new mail repeatedly. Here's the gist:
11:50 - New mail hits my inbox.
12:00 - I receive a notification of the new email.
12:05 - I check my inbox, but choose not to open the email at this time.
14:00 - I get a notification of a 'new' email, yet on checking it's the one received at 11:50, but still haven't opened.
15:00 - Rinse and repeat. Now, I'm not sure how many times this is happening, or even if it's everytime, but there's something definitely glitchy with mail notifications.Has anybody else noticed similar behaviour? If not I may try removing/adding my accounts back in again.

View 42 Replies View RelatedI have the samsung captivate. When I first got the K9 mail it worked fine. But it seems that after an update a few weeks ago my new mail icon seems to be stuck. I do get my notification and when I check the mail, it does show new mail the first time. But after I check it and clear it from my mail, it still shows that I have 2 new message or so. The number keeps growing. Any way to clear this?

I am able to send e-mail from the phone.The funny thing is that if I check my email from my PC and empty any e-mail's that are in my inbox, then try to check for new e-mail's with my DroidX (knowing that there are none) I do not get any errors.The errors only occur when there are e-mails in my inbox.Didn't have any problems with this setup with the incredible.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am trying to figure out whats going on. I have 2 DI for myself and girlfriend. I have my email (gmail and yahoo) setup through the HTC Mail Client and they work fine. I setup my other phone the same way and it worked fine, but once the yahoo account completed the process of downloading the inbox, I got an Authentication Error stating the login was incorrect. The login is not wrong and works fine to login via the standard web page. I tried to delete the Yahoo Account on the HTC, but when I went to setup again I had the same issue. Not sure how or why this could be happening. Any advice is appreciated. Also verified all the yahoo email settings on my working device and they are all the same on the other device with the issue.

Mail app that was recently put in the Market, I have been using the stock mail app to check my Yahoo! mail.Last night when I checked my Yahoo! Mail through the stock mail app, I was getting weird error messages. Most of the time it would go ahead and put me in my Yahoo! inbox but there would also be a message saying "login failed." I would click OK and then go about my business because e-mails were coming through. I figured it would sort itself out at some point.This morning, it was still doing it and it was annoying, so I re-booted the phone. Same problem. So I decided to delete the account and re-install it (a few weeks ago I had some issues with my Exchange mail account and deleting then re-installing fixed them.)Now, when I try to re-install the account it says "Authentication failed. Please verify your username/password." I have tried it over and over. I know I am using the right username and password - I just used them on my desktop PC to get into the account. And my Yahoo! Mail app still works on the phone.Anyone have any ideas what has happened and/or how I can fix this? I really want to continue to be able to check my Yahoo! mail on my phone without having to use the Yahoo! app.

Now, the app won't retrieve mail from my account. I am looking at my mail app, and dont see the new mail that I am seeing when viewing my in box on my computer. Yes, I have pressed menu>refresh, and yes I have tried rebooting.

I will send myself a e-mail from my gmail account to my pop e-mail account (another email address) and that email will not hit my incredible until I manually launch the mail app.
