there is a blue dot / pixel that only shows when I'm about to take a picture. It's like i have something on the lens, but I don't.
Problem is there on every rom I've tried and on different kernels. Tried clean flashes.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have some png files that I am applying a color to. The color changes depending on a user selection. I change the color via 3 RGB values set from another method. The png files are a random shape with full transparency outside the shape. I don't want to modify the transparency, only the RGB value. Currently, I'm setting the RGB values pixel by pixel (see code below).I've come to realize this is incredibly slow and possibly just not efficient enough do in an application. Is there a better way I could do this? Here is what I am currently doing. You can see that the pixel array is enormous for an image that takes up a decent part of the screen

View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm not really feeling the love for the quality of the images the Desire produces, mainly due to blue cast each image seems to have. If i want to keep an image i find I have to colour correct it with Photoshop which i hope you can appreciate is kind of annoying! Also, and this doesn't happen all the time but the screen sometimes splits in two/three when taking a photo which again is bloody annoying. Is this a known issue is there a software fix or do i have a duff unit and need to speak to HTC to repair under warranty.

My question is then, why doesn't the getSensorList return for me the light and the proximity sensors?

Sometimes I have to "press" the home icon twice to get the "buzz" and have it move the screen. However the back icon works 99% of the time on the first press. IS there any adjustment I can make or should I bring the phone back. I have had it now for 2 weeks.

For my surprise the oficial ROM from the THL do not support the Brazilian Portuguese, only english and chinese.

I rooted my phone and got new kernel and ROM 2 months ago : MIUI
but today i wanted to flash a new fast kernel "fusion" and get superJB rom ...
I flashed the kernel successfully with flash tool then i tried to boot my phone i just got the fusion logo forever so i had to pull the battery out many times
I said it was ok and i began to flash the new ROM maybe it would work
now the problem : my little brother :@ hit the mobile cable while flashing the system.img ( rom image )
I tried to restart the process but the phone doesn't respond and i just have the logo of fusion forever and the blue led always on .. when it boots....

1 - Is it possible to have only the vertical sensor broken ?

All the level/bublle app's show's horizontal rotation but no vertical.
I keep getting a message when battery is low and runs of power. When i try to turn on the tabletI get a blue screen that asks to reboot and a series of requests to update in Various ways. When I reboot it comes on and is glitchy. It turns on in safe mode. When I check out the requests I get a Scary green screen with a lot of writing and symbols I don't understand. Also I can't get the information for the nook that on the tablet, it won't open. Very much. not a skilled user of this new technology stuff. View 6 Replies View RelatedI dropped my phone that created a crack (a new crack stemming from an older one which gave me no problems) which lead to me not being able to use the very bottom of my screen (really just the space bar area). The crack was slightly above said area. Then this "blue ink" smudge began forming and took over the bottom 1/4 inch of the screen. When I woke up the next morning, the only portion of the screen still visible was the middle third, as the top and bottom were now dark blue. By the end of my shift that morning, the screen was completely black. I have heard a screen replacement may be all I need, but I am worried that the digitizer (I hope I'm using the right terminology, referring to the touch screen capability of the phone) may have been damaged as again I could not use the bottom part of my screen.

For instance i like to text message in landscape mode sometimes but when i go to my home screen and tilt my phone at all, the home screen will go to landscape which i don't like because it takes a long time to switch back and forth between portrait and landscape and seems to be overly sensitive to the axis of my phone.
Does this application exist? If not, how hard would it be to create?
My phone (Xperia mini pro) unlocks itself way too often when it's sitting in my pocket. I was using a MIUI ROM for some time and there was that cool feature that didn't allow to unlock the screen when the proximity sensor sensed something in its... proximity. I really miss it, but I don't feel like switching from CM to MIUI just for it.
I know there are lots of apps like Gravity Screen Off or Cover Algorithm, but they don't do exactly what I wan't to have (or I didn't explore them enough), as I don't want to lock/unlock my phone by the sensor or anything. just a simple thing:
0. the screen is locked and turned off
1. the home/power button is pressed
2. the app checks the proximity senor's state
2a. if something's covering the sensor (e.g. my pocket's inside), the touchscreen is disabled (and some message appears to say so)
2b. if nothing's covering the sensor, then unlocking the screen is allowed

I'm using the CM11 4.4 Kitkat on my Galaxy S4 and recently found out that my proximity sensor isn't working (when I dial the screen goes black and won't turn on until the call is over). all I want now is to disable it but there isn't such option in the Cyanogenmod. Is there anyway to disable it, like with a terminal or something?
