View 1 RepliesMy Eris won't sync my Google, Facebook, or Twitter accounts. It last did so last Monday, 11/15. I have had emails, messages, tweets, etc. sent to me, but they never sync to my phone, I have to go online to get my Gmail (refreshing within the app does nothing), but refreshing manually from the Facebook and Twitter apps does work. Going into Settings > Accounts & Sync > Sync Now does nothing, and all of the settings here are correct.I've tried rebooting and pulling the battery, but it still does it. Haven't installed anything new recently, since my internal storage is full.

Is it possible to set up multiple facebook / twitter accounts on the phone? I mean I have one account for personal and one for business, i would like to be able to switch between the two...
I've configured all my emails up fine but it seems i can only have one facebook and twitter account. So at the moment Ive only got my personal account set up. Any thoughts?
So I've poked around a bit, and am mildly disappointed with what I've found so far in my search. I need a Twitter client that can actually reliably deal with two accounts, and not mix them up. I tweet for an organization as well as my own account, and cannot have it bugging up and switching accounts as I've heard that Twidroid does. FYI, I'm using the free version of Twidroid now, and have no complaints about it thus far, but I have not been wowed by it either. Does anyone have any experience with any other clients, or should I just suck it up and throw down for Twidroid? I don't mind paying for an app, as long as it functions solidly.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI'm looking for a twitter app that will send me notifications of my @mentions and DMs for all my 3 twitter accounts.
It seems like everything makes you choose a primary account and only sends the notifications for that one. Right now I'm using 3 different apps so that I can get the notifications for all 3 accounts.
Does anyone know of an app that can do this?
I am looking for a Twitter client for Android that can ...
1. Handle multiple accounts
2. Display multiple accounts on the widget
I like Seesmic but the widget is just too small for my taste. I can only see the very last tweet. It would be nice to have a widget where either tweets from multiple accounts are combined or there is the option to switch between the accounts quickly directly from the widget. Any suggestions?

It just takes me back to the "Add Account" screen. There's no option to even input my information to sync the account. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?
I have two gmail accounts I use with the gmail app. Is there an easier way to switch from one to the other besides menu, accounts, select account?
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen i initially set up my evo i used a gmail account witch i no longer desire to use. I would like to switch to a newer gmail account that i set up. I thought this would be fairly simple but it turns out it isnt. From my searches people say you have to reset the phone. I would really like not to do this. I saw this on the G1 forum
Settings>Manage Applications>Gmail and then hit clear data to delete the e-mail address. Next time you open the app it asks you for your login, which would be your new email address.
In January, I acquired a Nexus 7, and in July, I met my boyfriend. Yesterday, I suggested that we put a user account for him on the tablet, so that he could have quicker access to his own email, writing and so forth. This we accordingly did, and he has been having great fun installing apps for chess and ukelele playing, as well as working on his writing. However, this means that the lock screen is back. The lock screen irritates the b*ggery out of me, and I disabled it as fast as I could when I originally bought the tablet. The way you are meant to switch accounts, however, involves bringing up the lock screen every time, and it also means the lock screen appears whenever the tablet is wakened from sleep. I tried disabling the lock screen, but then we couldn't switch user accounts.
So far, the best solution I've found is to have a desktop widget for the No Lock app, so that I can have the lock screen disabled during the day, when I'm the only one using the tablet, and then put it back on when my boyfriend is around and we're both using the tablet. This will probably be fairly manageable, and I realise that I'm whingeing about a few seconds of screen-swiping here and there, but what would be really lovely would be if we could just have a widget we could press on our home screens that allowed us to switch user accounts, without all this faffing around with lock screens. I've been hunting through Google Play apps, and so far all I've encountered is one which sounds thoroughly dodgy and may not even do what I want.
I'm loving my phone but I noticed that my email and calendar were not syncing automatically. After watching it closely for a few days I find that every morning the master switch in my account and sync screen keeps shutting off.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm talking about apps that allow you to post things up on Twitter or Facebook from data you generate in the app (i.e. high scores, achievements, or results).
We put this into our How Am I Feeling? app but very few people seem to be using it - at least that I can see anyway as I can only track on Twitter.
What makes you want to announce what you did? Is it entirely an afterthought or just something you try once or twice and then forget about?
With one app? Any clue of an app that will update all those maybe even myspace status, with one app. does such an app exist? I've looked around here and the market and see that peep MIGHT update fb, but I can't see a selection for that...

I was syncing my Facebook and Twitter accounts... and seeing the updates on an app that seemed pre-installed on the phone. It displayed both the Twitter and Facebook updates in the same screen and had a little "T" or "F" on the side to identify them. All was well until I accidentally deleted the screen and now don't know what app that was to get it back. I went through them all.
