View 1 Replies View RelatedI am attempting to integrate with Google Docs.(At the moment just trying to get a list of documents). I have issued the ClientLogin request and get an authorization token.I can tell the authorization key is working because if I do not pass that header, I get a 403 instead. Any reason why I would be getting a page not found? I am lost and not sure what else to try.I am not using the java client libraries since I am running on Android and want to keep it lightweight.

View 2 Replies View RelatedSo maybe I'm asking a question already answered, but, is there an app for Google Documents? Here's why I'm asking, and why my question is specific to me:I play a lot of poker. I need to start tracking my sessions and keeping accurate records. Problem is, in my casino, I get NO service, eliminating the ability to get to and edit my documents at the table. I need an app that allows me to edit a document and sync it later once I have a signal.

View 4 Replies View RelatedHow to read spreadsheets from google docs in android app ?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am working on an Android app that uses the gdata-java-client to download documents for display only. So far I have an application that authenticates with the services and displays a list of user documents. When the user selects a document another query is made for the documents itself. A request for txt, html, rtf and doc files works well, however when I request a spreadsheet in either .csv or .xsl format the result is unexpected.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've just downloaded the latest update for GooMemo. Great news - it now will sync with Google Documents!GooMemo - Android Notes application.The developer had originally planned that this would be part of a paid-for premium version, but very kindly he has released it for free.For those of us Palm refugees who miss having memos synced between handheld and desktop I think this is the only application that does it properly. I haven't played with it very much yet, but it seems to work very well. In Google Documents all your memos are put into a spreadsheet with a different sheet for each category and each memo on its own row. This is maybe not the prettiest of options, but it makes it all very transparent, and easy to export your notes in CSV form if you want to move them elsewhere. The only slight irritation I've had is that it won't remember my Gmail password and I have to rekey it each time I want to sync.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm considering switching to an Android device after using Windows Mobile for years and years... the new Droid from Verizon really looks impressive and I'm not real high on some of the new Windows Mobile devices coming out.One of my needs though will be to read, edit, and save 2007 Office documents. However, I'd also like to have my documents auotsync'd with Google Docs. Is something like this possible?
View 2 Replies View RelatedIm using a Hero and was disappointed that I cant zoom in when viewing my presentation in Google Docs mobile using the default browser. When I pinch zoom or double tap, the control buttons on the slide enlarge but the slide stays the same size also, I found out that if I turned off javascript in the browser settings, I can zoom in the slide as usual but then the control buttons stop working.

View 1 Replies View RelatedOk, so this is more of an Android thing than Inc, but the two things that I think are still sorely lacking are support for Google Docs, and some form of Google virtual drive (like DropBox). On the Docs front, I realize there's GDocs, but since Google Docs is a Google initiative, it'd be nice to have an official app. And on the storage front, it'd be great to have access to the same storage that I have with picasa, Gmail, and google docs, as a desktop accessible drive, with an android component.Anyone know of any solutions other than GDocs and DropBox to achieve these.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy documents show up in the goggle docs app, however when I click it to open the document is blank. This is the case for every document I have. I just checked on my home computer and it's still there, however why doesn't it appear on my phone? I even went to the Google doc website on my phone and every document was blank. I tried restoring w/ titanium and didn't have any luck with that. I tried opening the application and clearing data, however after reassigning my accounts I still had blank documents. The title of all 15 documents shows up, but it's all blank
View 10 Replies View RelatedI'd like to allow my Android app to upload a spreadsheet document to Google Docs. Using a simple Uri request:
Uri uri = Uri.parse("http://docs.google.com/DocAction?action=updoc&hl=en");
Intent intent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_VIEW, uri);
startActivity(intent);
And this page appears as blank on a phone (must use code not compatible with phones).
I've looked into the Google Docs procedures for uploading from a Web Service. They require first authenticating the user and retrieving an AuthSub authorization to be used in a following POST request (including the AuthSub token) to actually upload the doc. This is easy from a Web Service that can guarantee a URL to return the AuthSub to, but how about on a mobile phone? Currently thinking that I'll use UrlConnection, use getHeader(String) to grab the AuthSub, then build the entire document dynamically like this:
POST /feeds/default/private/full HTTP/1.1
Host: docs.google.com
GData-Version: 3.0
Authorization: <your authorization header here>
Content-Length: 73612
Slug: test.xls
Content-Type: application/vnd.ms-excel
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>

Google Chrome ships by default with a terrific little feature called "Sync". Sync basically allows you to share your bookmarks on any computer running Google Chrome, simply by configuring Chrome to use your Gmail account. I love this because I have two computers at home, and one at work, and can access all the same bookmarks from any of the computers.
My question is, is anyone aware of a method or application that would allow me to access these synced Google bookmarks through my Android phone? I am using an HTC Desire with Froyo (Cyanogenmod 6.0). I use the Dolphin HD browser, and am aware of options of importing my bookmarks manually, however I prefer to keep my bookmarks organized into folders and not just displayed as one long list. If nothing already exists, I may just get scripty and server up a website that would display all of my Chrome bookmarks in the browser.
I just rooted my Evo 2.2 yesterday. After completing it i notice i couldn't access my Google account, can't sync my contacts, or get my emails, or use chrome-to-phone.

So I cancelled my all access trial, I don't find it useful to me, even though I cancelled it, I'm still seeing radios, and other all access features. Will it disappear from my Google Play Music after it's supposed to expire (06-07-2014)? My account type still lists as All Access...
