Why the Android Market Developer Console doesn't show "Brazil" in the Locations list? There's almost one month since the first Android device (Samsung Galaxy) arrived in there... And it has Android Market!

I'm not the only one experiencing the problem. Anyone talk with the DEV yet? Just curious he has an idears or anyone here has come up with anything.AppBrain was able to add it to my list online, but when I sync'd on my phone and selected it, all it does is launch the Market app with a search term for that app, so it doesn't show up.This kinda makes me think that 2.1 #2 is not final.

Apps such as weatherbug, barcode scanner, pkt auctions, and amazon just to name a few.I have even went back to the oringinal sprint ruu with not luck and then no luck with the OTA update. Can anyone try these apps and see if you have any luck.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI downloaded the missing sync from the market on Friday morning. I had to reset my handset because of the default settings of facebook doubled my contacts. Since setting the option of not to sync them doesn't take them away, I had to do a hard reset to get them out. I've downloaded most of my apps again, except Missing Sync. I can find it via the computer, but when I try to find it and download via either appbrain or directly from the market either I can't find it or it will not allow me to install the app with the following error - There are no matches in Android Market for the search:

i have received complaints from a number of customers that one of my paid apps is missing from the market and they can't download it after updating their phones to 2.2. I have no idea what the cause is and unfortunately i also don't have access to a device with 2.2. Maybe someone here can tell me what i'm doing wrong?...................
View 3 Replies View RelatedI don't know if this is a relic of the issues earlier this morning with the Market or if it is because I just upgraded to the new HTC Hero firmware, but I cannot see any of my applications on the Market, nor can I see several others that I have downloaded before or am familiar with. Are there still some issues with the Market or did HTC screw up yet again?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm not sure who I should complain to about this, HTC or Google, but after I did the most recent Hero (sprint) firmware update I am unable to see applications that I developed nor several applications that I paid for (and free ones) on the Market. This makes updating them unavailable. Also, if I do a factory reset on my phone, then I will not be able to download these paid for applications again. What's the deal here? A friend of mine who also did the firmware update is in the same boat. Since I do have applications out there that people are buying, I am now unable to view comments for those since I cannot see them on the Market. What's the solution to this? Should I contact HTC as well?

I downloaded both of them last week when I got my EVO, but I had to factory reset for root, and now I can't find them. Could someone test it out?
View 10 Replies View RelatedMy wife has just got rid of her faulty X10 and moved to the X10 mini pro.
She's very frustrated as apps are just not showing up in the market. She used Bloo all the time along with AG Newspapers UK and Flood-it (game), these were 3 of the most used apps she had but when she searches the market for them it says they are not there! I have managed to get hold of the latest Bloo beta apk and installed that and it works fine.
Any ideas why these apps do not show up? the mini pro is 320x240 so it's not a resolution problem (same res as my old G1), the apps show up on my Desire (same phone network etc) the phone was unbranded/unlocked from Expansys
I rooted my HTC Incredible last week and installed the Virtuous ROM with froyo 2.2. I recently realized that after doing this there are a ton of apps missing from the android market. Even ones that I already have installed on my phone like Evernote and Google Sky Map. If I go to the downloads section of the market which should show the apps I have installed it shows none.
The verizon section of the market displays only three applications when I know there should be a whole lot more. What is going on? I cannot find any apps. When I search for something there is usually one or two apps that show up and are not even what I was looking for. Is this a widespread problem with the market or a side effect of rooting and upgrading to the virtuous ROM?
Quick App Clean Cache. Any one else notice this is now missing from the Market? I'm assuming its due to the fact its copy protected but now its unpurchasable. Any one know another location it can be found? I wanted to buy this but should have done it before updating to 2.1 v3.

Couple of days back I picked up the Sony Xperia X10 Mini Pro at the Dubai Duty Free only to realise after I come home that there is no Android Market application installed on the phone! This is absolutely ridicious, why would I buy an android phone if I cannot access the marketplace? Also if this is the case, it should be clearly highlighted and not sold in places like duty free where you have visitors/travellers and not always the residents of that particular country purchasing the mobiles.

I noticed today then when trying to open the Play store, it takes me directly to the Apps section and doesn't let me choose between the normal Apps, Movies and Books sections that i could before (i'm in the UK so no music option ever existed).
If i go to Play Book or Play Movies and press the market button, same happens, it just takes me to the apps secions.
I've tried clearing data on all google play related apps and uninstalling the google play updates and rebooting etc but still, everytime it takes me directly to the apps section and doesn't let me access any other section...
Is there any way to find the direction between two locations in Android?
View 3 Replies View RelatedOne side effect I've noticed from the recent update: it seems like some apps are just gone from the Android Market. The one I know for sure is the MLB.com At Bat 2010 app. AppBrain still lists it (in fact, it shows that it got a price drop about 10 hours ago), but scanning the QR code, searching for it in the Android Market, even trying to install it from AppBrain all lead to the same thing: The item could not be found. I don't know if this is happening with other apps or not. I do know for sure that the MLB.com At Bat 2010 app was there before the update as I was trying to decide whether I was justified in spending the money to listen to the playoff games at work. But now it's just gone without a trace.Anyone else notice this or other apps missing?
