Is there a reason why I do not find my own app on Android Market with my G1? The G1 is registered to my Google account, that I used to submit the APP. I too have a Samsung Galaxy, which is registered to another Google account, and with that I found my app! Does anyone know why this is?

I installed an application using JNI. I want to find where the .so library is located and the directory of the application I have installed. I use the DDMS to search all the directory. However I could not find either of them. Where could I find them and how?

I created an android application and uploaded in my website.Is it possible to check from the web whether this application is installed in the device when someone is trying to download the application? If it is installed, the user should get a prompt whether to reinstall or not.If not the application should not be downloaded.

Problem I'm having is one guy says it doesn't appear in the market and I've even sent him the APK to install manually but it fails. My minimum SDK version is 4, I created it with the 1.6 SDK specified so not sure why he can't see it or install it. He has a 1.6 Magic handset. So just wondering if anyone has any ideas, the app is called bocn wallpaper, it uses internet and set-wallpaper permissions but I wouldn't have thought the permissions were the problem.

I have written a test case to implement a conference contact management system with Content Provider and SQLite. The launch activity is a Listactivity and the customized provider is extended from ContentProvider, u know, actually the sample is so similar to the Notepad Sample in the official SDK packages. View 4 Replies View RelatedI use a file browser to locate the APK, it installs successful and I can run it OK (when clicking "run" after install completes) However, if I then exit the application, I'm unable to see a launcher for it on my apps menu (where I would expect it, like other apps I've created) At the moment, every time I want to run the app, I first have to re-install it so I can access it, surely there must be a better way?
