I have found "jorte" which i like better than the native calendar. I like having the appts. separate from the tasks. But tasks don't sync with Google calendar.
Is there one that is similar to jorte but syncs tasks with Google calendar?
I'm on win7 ultimate. and i installed the htc sync just now, and all i see is there a option to only sync with windows contacts.not with outlook.its not letting me choose outlook for contacts or calendar.so when it did sync, it just imported the phone contacts to wab.exe, which is the windows contacts, some cheeseball stuff.anyone have a fix for this to make the htc sync sync with outlook properly like it use to?

View 20 Replies View RelatedI am looking for an application that will link with Outlook. I synch with my exchange server for mail, contact, and calendar. But I have gobs of outlook notes that I want to use on my Sprint Hero. MyLink Access (Advanced) is about the only one that I have found, but their developers have not released anything other than the free version. They told me the advanced would be released before Christmas. I know it is not Christmas yet, but I just don't see that in the future. I would settle for an application that I could manage on my desktop so that I could retype all the notes and then have the desktop synch with the phone ..

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have been looking for quite a while for an app that will cleanly sync Outlook Tasks to my phone. I have tried a number of them but they all seem to either add it to the calendar so I get 50 tasks everyday on my calendar or will only work with Gmail tasks. I find it hard to believe that no one has come up with an app that will sync all my tasks to a list on my phone. I live by the Outlook task list to keep me organized in my sales job. Having to do things twice (once in outlook and then in Astrid, for example, just is not practical.

However, all my annoying meetings from work are now popping up as "notifications" in my phone's status bar. I can't stand corporate meetings, which are a colossal waster of time, and i don't want to be reminded of all the meetings on my work schedule. I was able to successfully turn of the Outlook mail notifications on my phone (and I still get Gmail notifications, since they are two separate email systems, which is exactly what I want). How do I turn my "Outlook calendar reminders," but still be reminded of my Google Calendar reminders, which is my personal, and far more important, calendar?

We are looking for an app that is exactly like moola, but syncs between or phones so if I spend money, it will show up in her app and if she spends money, it will show up in mine. Any type of solution would work if we had a way to sync moola, that would be awesome if there's another app like it that syncs, that would work too get creative!

View 16 Replies View RelatedI have been a Windows mobile user for over 10 years, and am slowly converting over to Android.I say slowly because what I'm doing right now is running a version of Android on my HTC Touch Pro2, off the storage card.I intend on switching over to a full-blown device soon, but right now, this method is allowing me to explore the OS and learn about Android before switching over. One of my biggest concerns is the transition from apps that I have used for years, and rely on every day.For example, I've seen several wallet apps in the Android Market, but I've not found one yet that appears to have a version for the device as well as the PC Desktop.I use Spb Wallet daily, and have hundreds of things stored in there. Half of the time, I'm using it via my device, and the other half of the time, I am using it while sitting at my PC at home. Are there some apps available that offer Desktop-to-device synchronization?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI posted this in the HTC Desire Tips and Tricks forum but think that may have been the wrong place, so trying here.I entered a years worth (2011) of appointments in Google calendar; mainly on Sundays but a few other days as well.I then left the automatic sync with my HTC Desire to update the phone.I was then looking at the appointments when I noticed that some had not synced. These are all those whose date in 2011 is later than this years date e.g. an appointment in Google for Sunday 20th November 2011 has synced to my Desire but the appointment from 27th November 2011 has not;nor have those for the rest of the Sundays in 2011.Over the two last days I have also done several manual syncs and rebooted phone. Some weeks ago I entered an appointment for 2012 and this has synced. I also brought forward a lot of appointments from my Palm TX, most for 2010 but one for July 2015, and these all synced.
Today I added two more appointments. On before 24th November 2011 and one after; the one before synced but the one after did not. I have also deleted one of the missing appointments from Google and re-entered it; still not on my Desire even after a manual sync.Is it possible that the Desire has a limit of say the number of entries or only one years worth from today's date (that does not explain the 2012 and 2015 appointments synced at an earlier time!)This morning I entered a further appointment for today and that has synced to my Desire. The others still not have.I also sync Google Calendar to Outlook on my Desktop; this has synced correctly.
I have the calendar app on my Droid set to sync with my google calendar. There are events in my Droid's calendar that were deleted from the google calendar a long time ago. If I visit the google calendar website, I can confirm that these events are not in the google calendar, yet they still appear on my Droid. I have tried deleting and re_adding the calendar under the calendar app's settings as well as using the "manage applications" area to clear all the data associated with the calendar. The calendar the appears empty, but after the next sync, those events come back (even though they do not show up on the online google calendar). What can I do?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've just downloaded the latest update for GooMemo. Great news - it now will sync with Google Documents!GooMemo - Android Notes application. The developer had originally planned that this would be part of a paid-for premium version, but very kindly he has released it for free. For those of us Palm refugees who miss having memos synced between handheld and desktop I think this is the only application that does it properly. I haven't played with it very much yet, but it seems to work very well. In Google Documents all your memos are put into a spreadsheet with a different sheet for each category and each memo on its own row. This is maybe not the prettiest of options, but it makes it all very transparent, and easy to export your notes in CSV form if you want to move them elsewhere. The only slight irritation I've had is that it won't remember my Gmail password and I have to rekey it each time I want to sync.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have this triplication problem;
1. I have a Google Apps account with my contacts/calendar etc
2. I have my work exchange account
3. I have Outlook 2007 standalone on my home laptop to access gmail etc
I have always used WM devices in the past and kept the work exchange and home outlook in sync using the device.
So when I got this, I synced outlook and exchange, got a copy of the PST and uploaded it into my google account.
Set up google and exchange, and installed htc sync on the laptop and synced phone, now I have 3 sets of addresses and 2 sets of calenders with the same thing. How best to sort this!
If I am at work I would add things etc to my exchange, and at home to outlook stand alone, is there an app that syncs the 3 together!
I am interested in finding a contacts app replacement that syncs with Google Contacts. I like the stock contacts app that comes with the EVO except in one regard. I MUST have larger fonts for my old eyes. I really need an app that has an option for text size customization.
