Does anyone know why the music and ringtones are together, when i use the media player the ringtones play?should i make another folder to seperate them? if i do this i am concerned the ringtones wont be found and wont play

View 4 Replies View RelatedHow do i delete the playlists that i create in my xperia x10 mini. I can't seem to delete them. I created a few playlists then used the media go app to delete them. But when i disconnected the phone from my computer the playlists were still present. I believe that playlists aren't stored on the sdcard. Can someone help me to delete these playlists. And can the SE team give a fix in the mediaGo software so that it is able to display the playlists that aren't there on sdcard and allow me to modify or delete them.

Iīv transfered some mp3 file to the phone for ringtones,sms and alarm tone. They have all worked until today. Then I check the files and notice that the folders they were in ,is totally gone ! I havenīt done anything regarding ringtones for the last 14 days as they worked. So have anyone experienced that also and is there a solution to prevent that ?

View 5 Replies View RelatedThis time I wanted to play some media , a WMV file, from FOXDIGITALCOPY, and it seems Xperia doesnt support it - atleast that's what the FOXDIGITALCOPY software tells me when I tried to sync up the media from my PC.
Also, this file doesnt even show up on the mediascape screen though I copied into the videos folder where other videos are saved.
I tried to play a more smaller and simpler file - the wildlife HD video sample from Windows - which is again a WMV file.
This time, Xperia tries to play it, but the video only comes up as stills while the audio plays as normal.
I am having issues with playing videos on my X10. I have used Media Go to convert .avi to .mp4 before and they have worked fine but now I can only get 1 file to work out of 10. I have played the converted files in Mediscape and now they dont want to work.
So......
I have tried several different conversion programs (Smart C, Double Twist and some others I cant remember) and I have also tried a couple of different players as well (Rock Player, YxFlash, Real Player) and nothing works.
YxFlash used to let me play .avi and I believe that Rock Player is supposed to be able to support .avi as well. Now, nothing.
I dont mind converting the files, IF THEY WORK.
I don't have a clue why but i was listening to me music of me phone speakers with the phone upside down then the audio stopped playing and now from what it seems the audio will not play on any of my apps. I did think the speakers might have blown but if thats the case i wou.d not here the other persons voice when i get a phone call. Could some give me some actual useful info or advice on what to do to resolve this issue cheers, i hope fully don't want to have to send the phone to a repair center but me guts are telling me thats what i am gooner have do!.

It will play, then lock itself after a minute or so, keep playing, and when I unlock it, it shuts off. Also annoying is that it shuffles forward AND reverse.When I put the weather channel widget on my home screen It never updates itself even though I Juice defender that should allow it to refresh periodically.I'll add one more - the last few apps I downlaoded, i had to cancel 3-4 times, then retry before they are started to download.
