Nov 24, 2010I choose a wrong phone language by mistake, how do I change it back to english.
The language I selected by mistake, it's one I don't understand at all.
I donwnloaded & visited the support site, but I couldn't resolve my problems with the instrucctions in the manual From the Home screen, drag upwards. Find and tap Settings > Locale & text > Select locale. Select an option.
If you choose the wrong language and can't read the menu texts, go to www.sonyericsson.com/support for help.

Apr 25, 2010I just got my phone I have already messed it up. During the start up I was scrolling the languages to see all the phone supported when it chose CZECH as the main language. Is there a way to change the language back to English and if you can will you tell me what the worlds are in czech so that I know which buttons I need to hit.

Jul 15, 2010Today, I bought my new Xperia 10 mini pro, and happily started wading through the start up process. At the vital moment of choosing the default language for the phone, I was disturbed and chose Polish instead of Norwegian!
Now I cannot find out how to change it back as all the menus are in Polish, and my knowledge of that language is NIL.

Jul 7, 2010when I explore my newly bought mobile phone I realized that my Keyboard only has chinese keyboard. In my oppinion, this chinese keyboard is not user friendly and hard to use. so I tried to change any settings that related to keyboard and language but still my Keyboard still in chinese. When I streamed at youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UxAHM6epz8U) the Keyboard has an english version (but my keyboard is not the same as in the video above). I googled for a while and found no reference for this. Please can anyone help me or experience the same problem as me? Oct 8, 2010i have a problem changing different input language. If i change from default English to Lithuanian, no Lithuanian symbols appear, everything stays as it was still in English. I tried changing to Russian, to see if it is just a bug with Lithuanian input, - Russian works fine. Perhaps there are some shortcuts for typing Lihuanian symbols that i don't know?

I upgraded my X10 mini pro to Android 2.1 today and I followed the instructions and the YouTube video EXACTLY step by step.I made a back-up before the update, with the updated Back-up & restore app.Now the Android update is done and i've tried and tried but I can't get my contacts back. Every time I run the restore function of Back-up & restore it tells me the restore is done, but when I go to my contacts list, it's empty.

Nov 10, 2010I upgraded to Android 2.1 2 days ago and I've pretty much gotten most things that used to work working again, but I have questions/problems regarding the new functionality, can anyone help me? Blue tooth: I am able to send photos via blue tooth, but I CANNOT send a song, ring tones, etc which I could do with my SE 850i I bought 5 years ago. Perhaps if there was some kind of file manager application where I could see the file, I could send from there. In my opinion, blue tooth was marginally improved, but still is NOT satisfactory. Someone please proove me wrong! GEO tagging Photos: This is a new feature with the upgrade and I was eager to try it. In the GEO tagging widget it says to enable GEO tagging from the camera menu. I spent a fair amount of time, but I CANNOT find a camera menu or anywhere to enable GEO tagging. Please help! User Guide Gone: When you use the User Guide widget it says the files have been removed. I looked on PC Companion and confirm, they were removed. I copied the files from PC companion back into the .emanual folder on my phone where the files used to live, but that did not help.Still unable to see user guide. Did anyone get this working again? SMS-ing unsaved number: This annoying problem still exits after upgrade. As far as I can tell, there is NO WAY to sms someone from the call log for numbers that have not previously been saved. I often want to sms a number in my call log that either called me or I typed in. The only way to do this is to save the number in my contacts first. Am I missing something here?

Sep 27, 2010It keeps ringing! I had a couple of texts, which I read, then the phone just kept on ringing. Totally bizarre. I tried everything - changing the settings on ring tone etc, vibrate only, nothing has worked. The only thing that works is turning it off & on again (but when I receive another text, off it goes again!). I eventually just turned down the volume but obviously this is not practical. I drove all the way home with it ringing merrily beside me!
I saw on another forum someone else has had this problem, but no solution was offered. I tried changing the ring tone, but even after choosing another tone, it still rang with the other tone, ie 2 different rings at the same time! A friend says her blackberry does the same, and requires the text to be acknowledged. I tried this, even deleted the messages, but no joy.

Sep 4, 2010I recently bought a sony ericsson xperia x10 mini pro. When I set an alarm, the volume is quite high. I would like to lower this volume, however, I can't. There is no volume function in the alarm menu; I also tried to lower or switch off the other volumes, but the alarm volume remains the same...
Does anyone know how to change the alarm volume? It would make me wake up happy.
