Question: Has anyone figured out how to use the "Zoom Button" on the X10?
I have been trying to use it in various Apps, but all it continues to do is lower the volume, instead of "Zooming Out". Weird location and use of the button, Dedicated Search would have been better, but it isn't working regardless, or so it seems!

Must admit although I love the phone I was a little annoyed i had to download an app to be able to send things via bluetooth!
Since SE camera app doesn't support true "flash". I had to get one that does. I heard Vignette and Camera Zoom FX are 2 good ones.

Can somebody help me about my x10 mini camera. The phone's camera doesn't have zoom function. I tried press on the side but it only tune the sound it doesn't zoom. I tried touch the screen but it didn't work.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI just bought the Xperia, I am really happy with it.Everything has worked perfectly;however, I think my phone has a problem with the camera.Basically, the button on the right-hand side of the phone is not working, when I press it the camera doesn't appear, and the only way that I have to take pictures is with the touch screen a not with that button, because when i press it, the square in the middle becomes green and the phone makes a sound.Do I have to configure it? or my phone has a problem?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am very happy with my X10 Mini Pro. I am a fan of Sony Ericsson Phones for years I had a W995 IO still have it and like it very much. But people this X10 Mini Pro is a wonderful device. I had to get used too it. But now after two weeks fine tuning the phone I am very happy with it. I am still in doubt if it needs a hardware button for starting and stopping a phonecall. I wonder what other user4s think about this?

View 8 Replies View RelatedTwo days back I had upgraded my X10mini to andriod 2.1. 24 hours after upgrade the screen got freezed. Its showing FM screen and the restart button is also not working. If I press the power button, screen lights on for some time and goes off. I can't remove the battery as the battery is fixed. Please let me know if you know some other way to restart the phone.

I've a few queries about my Mini Pro.
Is the battery life for the mini pro generally this sad? Or is it just my piece that's rubbish? I've noticed that my battery charges pretty fast. Sadly, it drains just as quickly. I'm yet to do a proper test on how long it lasts, as I haven't been able to keep my hands off my phone I'd hazard a guess that the battery, by regular use, wouldn't last 12 hours! I'd charged my phone fully last night. I woke up 8 hours later to see the battery indicator show 80%. 20% discharge for doing nothing? Seriously? I downloaded the Bluetooth File Transfer app, and I'm now able to send files via Bluetooth. Still haven't figured out how to receive files though. How do I send a contact from my phone to another phone? Why would Sony Ericsson not have digital zoom on it's camera?
I have tried the app funninly enough called Photo Zoom but the quality is terrible and does not support the remaining features of the in current software such as taking photos in low light etc. Also can anyone tell me if the update will perhaps increase the ammount of bluetooth headsets that r compatible with the mini pro. I have 2 very good headsets at the moment from previous phones but unfortuneately my mini pro cannot find them.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm having trouble with the X10's front buttons freezing. The phone seemed fine most of the day, then I installed three things.. a Background app to get a new background (found QR code on this forum), Advanced Task Killer, and Juice Defender. I installed Juice Defender first, then the background app, then ATK. I was in ATK when the freeze happened. I was stuck in it and I couldn't get out, but I could still activate things on-screen but the buttons were dead? I rebooted and removed ATK thinking that might have been the issue. About 20 minutes later though I turned it on to find the same problem. So I removed the background app. Now I just have juice defender... so far everything seems fine but I'm not 100% sure why it happened in the first place so it may just be a matter of time. I'm terrified to install any more apps.
View 4 Replies View RelatedJust wondering why the X10 mini pro doesn't have the end call button at the top like the X10 Maxi (power button)?The lack of having this feature is absurd. The easiest and most logical way to end a call is to press the top lock screen/power button. I recommended this phone to someone and they got a massive shock when they realised they had an active call going for over 8 hours! Could you please add this feature in your next update, if not could you at least have a visual clue to let the user know that they have an active call when the screen is off, eg notification light blinking purple or something.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have just purchased the X10 and unfortunately when making a call I cannot end the call by tapping the end call button or call the dialer up to select options.The only way I can hang up is by pressing the power button at the top.I have looked at various forums and they comment how sensitive the end call button is and it can be easily knocked by a chin but not in my case.Does anyone have any ideas?

And when i complain to the SE they told me the battery connecter is damaged. So they sent my cell phone to Dubai SE. Got it replaced, and no restart yet. BUT the right side screen flickers and the switch on/off button is not working. So i cannot switch off my cell phone. If i remove battery and then again insert it, then phone start automatically without using the switch on button. What must be done, i have purchased this cell phone in Qatar and now i am in India. Please help this is so kinda heartbreaking
