Does anyone know how to download javascript for x10? i cant log in to hotmail using the browser.. it keeps prompting javascript required to sign in.

I cannot access the hotmail website through my browser, does anyone know why this is? it goes to the login page, but this is just blank, so I cannot sign in?

View 5 Replies View RelatedHotmail was setup on the phone and working fine. All of a sudden it keeps saying the username and password is incorrect when trying to verify settings. The username and password is correct. Cannot get to Hotmail using phone browser either, I just get a white screen.
I deleted the mail account and re-creatd it but it made no difference. I backed-up the phone contents, ran a repair, and restored the contents again and still no difference. Is it a known X8 issue or has something changed on the hotmail service?
I set up a Hotmail account on my Xperia x10 so I can easily check my emails on the phone. However, when I open an email from the phone, it would still show as "unread" when I open my Hotmail account from a laptop / computer. Is there a way this can be changed, so that when an email is opened/read on the phone, it would also show as open/read when I open my Hotmail account from a laptop?

I have a BT Yahoo account working fine on it, but Hotmail refuses to work. O2 have sent me the settings and I have put them in manually too, still nothing works. The phone just sits for hours with the message "checking incoming server settings".

Tried tech support, but they were of no help. Said I needed to use gmail instead. Can't change everything over at this late date. Have archived stuff in hotmail going back years. Did I load hotmail to the X10 incorrectly? Is there a way around this? They may get the phone back.

I just got an x10, and I'm having a huge problem with it... anytime i tried to download anything (be it 3g or wifi), it disconnects... sometimes it would download 1mb... 500kb, it's kinda random, and then the download would just die, tried with dolphin and the default android browser... it this a known issue or i just got a faulty phone?

So far my only source of purchasing movies is itunes, but these do not seem to be recognised by my X10. I tried to convert a film from itunes using formatfactory ( an M4V file) but it just says failed to decode. Are itunes blocking this action, or am i doing something wrong? If it is impossible to convert itunes movies, where can i download movies from that would work on my X10?

But since I have lost the default image viewer. So without crappy mediascape I'm no longer able to click through my images, zoom and set as wallpaper. Has anyone else come across this?
