Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 :: Phone Lost Default Image Viewer / Download It Again?

As the title says, i've lost the default image viewer. My phone had a minor update which changed the way it receives further updates and added Backup & Restore.
But since I have lost the default image viewer. So without crappy mediascape I'm no longer able to click through my images, zoom and set as wallpaper. Has anyone else come across this? Is there a way I can download default software again? Pretty agrovate about this, x10 has been a nightmare since day 1.

Is there a PDF viewer that I can install on my X10 mini pro? I can only find 3rd party apps on the marketplace and know that friends with htc android phones get a PDF viewer with the phone.

I struggle with technology! Tried to download photos. Prompted to update phone. Prompted to download Backup doc. Did backup successfully. When Restored - all of my contacts have gone !! hen I check thro my text messages I can find contacts beginning with A B C L and M . HELP

Does any one know how we can transfer files from one phone to another in Xperia X10 mini? I tried to figure out but couldn't. So far this is the crapiest phone I ever bought. I wish I could return it to the seller. I cannot view my Pdf and Doc files. It is supposed to come with a document viewer (its written there in specs). Where do I find this document viewer?

I just got an x10, and I'm having a huge problem with it... anytime i tried to download anything (be it 3g or wifi), it disconnects... sometimes it would download 1mb... 500kb, it's kinda random, and then the download would just die, tried with dolphin and the default android browser... it this a known issue or i just got a faulty phone?

I have an Xperia X10 and I'm trying to get some movies for it to watch on holiday. So far my only source of purchasing movies is itunes, but these do not seem to be recognised by my X10. I tried to convert a film from itunes using formatfactory ( an M4V file) but it just says failed to decode. Are itunes blocking this action, or am i doing something wrong? If it is impossible to convert itunes movies, where can i download movies from that would work on my X10?

A couple months ago i finally decided i needed to get a new phone because it seemed the camera on my old w810i was starting to **** out - it wouldn't focus very well and the camera button wouldn't snap a picture too reliably anymore. I figured it was probably because i had taken thousands and thousands of images over the time i had the phone since 2006 does anyone understand what I'm talking about and can tell me if I'm doing something wrong or how to fix this in the x10?

Does anyone know if it is possible to set default numbers in my phone for text messages and phone calls for individual contacts, please? I would like to set up the phone so it defaults to mobile phone numbers for text messages, so I don't accidentally try to send a text message to a landline.I have fiddled weith the phone for ages, but haven't yet found the option to do this.

I bought xperia x10 last week and since then i've been trying to download some apps and/or games but i never sucseeded. i connected with usb on the pc, i downloaded the sony ericson pc companion i tried to install appbrain on the phone i selected sync on te settings.... But i never managed to sync the phone with the pc so i can install directly from the internet or to download some apps.

So I connect my phone to my PC to transfer the Angrybirds apk over. Then it says updates available. Foolishly, I take the update, follow all the instructions and now - it seems I've lost everything.
No contacts, no apps, no history, no ADW launcher with all the lovely themes and widgets and all the set-up I spent ages doing,...
What's going on? Have I lost it. Nothing much recovered when I tried to restore a back-up. Need to google register everything again.
I can see folders for apps that I had in the PC companion; but I can't seem to recover anything.
This phone has been nothing but trouble since day 1. :@

I've had to do a system update to my phone as it completely locked itself after too many unlock attempts in my pocket and I didn't know my google account. Basically, before my update I had a Satnav app, that I'm pretty sure i didn't download but was on my phone from stock (but I might be wrong). I think it was called Navigation, and it had an update recently that allowed it to have vocal commands, i.e. "Turn left in 100 yards" etc. It had the same blue arrow that the Google Maps Navigation had as the app icon. It's useful to me as I'm a delivery driver and when you get near to the 'target' house it shows a picture of which house it is, it's really accurate, and has that satellite layer on it that helps out too. I really need this app back and have been looking (both on the marketplace and on the phones memory) for it for a while to no avail.

I updated my phone to the new firmware version. Followed all steps including backing up all my phone entries (logs/messages/contacts etc...) and went through the update with flying colors. The new update is amazing but for some reason after recovering all of my (previously saved) things, I found out I'm missing more than half of my contacts!
Anyone know what's going on? I can find my whole phone book through my text messaging application when searching for a name but if I go into my actual phone book I have like the last 6 entries that I added only... I've tried importing from sim/sd card nothing works...
