I got a mini pro on sat (2days ago) , i used the facebook widget to log on & try it out & now i cant sign out of facebook & always logged on !

I am not able to sign in to facebook on timescape ,I am already signed into my facebook on my xperia but when i try to add my account on timescape it gives me a message " Authentication failed..

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhile charging my X10 mini pro, the touchscreen becomes unresponsive. This happens when I connect to PC or power outlet.
Everything else works fine. All the 3 hard keys work. Touchscreen does not work even a little.
When I get calls, I cant attend. I cant even switch off as I have to tap the power off button shown in the screen.
Everytime I charge, I have to remove the cover and pull the battery.
Do know what to do. Having the phone for a month and I have this prob from start.
It leaves me red faced in front of all my friends as I have to pull battery everytime I charge. Very pathetic.
Alteast is there a way to attend calls without need to move the slider?
I don't have a problem with the English update , but when i get Arabic messages i can't read them , and its a huge problem.Please answer me if an update is available or going to be soon !!

I tried to upgrade the software using the PC Companion, but I think I must have done something wrong, because whenever I 'Show Balance' on screen, it shows the amount remaining but now instead of showing the £ sign before the number, it now shows a '?'. I've tried repairing it using the PC Companion and also doing a factory reset but this hasn't solved the problem.

My phone was working fine, then one day on the top status bar the "Data Traffic" sign appeaed and now it wont go away.
Even wen it is set to 'eneabled' my fone will now not:
- roam for signal
- download apps
It was never there to start with and everthing was fine!
How do I get it to go back to normal?

It's really annoying me, I even told facebook not to link up at all when I first started the application to avoid problems like this.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI attend to this error in notifications several times each day. I'm not asking it to update mind you. It's trying this all of it's smarty pants x10i self. When I actually do bring up the facebook application it acts ok. The one thing this x10i can't do is upgrade to adobe flashplayer. There are places that tell me I don't have video on my phone in order to view the news clip or whatever. It's not a big deal to me and don't really need it. It would be nice to turn off the facebook "unable to update" in my notifications, without removing facebook entirely.

However, there have been no updates to facebook posts in Timescape for 2 days - setting is set to update per hour. If I click through one of the old posts in timescape it shows me a Facebook login screen - but whenever I type in my Facebook login it flicks back the emailaddress/phone number to show my phone number rather than my username!?

Until three days ago uploading photos using the share option when viewing the photo worked fine. Now however when I attempt to upload a photo I get an error message saying an error has occurred when uploading the photo and the browser then shuts. View 7 Replies View RelatedI have had the phone a few days now and I cannot connect to facebook thru Timescape.The Facebook application on the phone though works fine, just have issues when trying to connect do it via Timescape. If i click on a FB notification and i want to open it, it prompts me to the login screen. I confirm login with the correct details and then it just hangs there on the login. You can see the toolbar up the top go to the correct address and the progress bar goes in green and fills up but it doesnt proceed to the next page, it just hangs on the login screen.
I have checked my APN settings and I have 2 of them set up by default on the phone. I am with Vodafone in Aus and I checked their APN settings on a android site and there is only one for Internet and MMS. Should I delete one of them?
Is anyone else having an issue with facebook within timescape? When it tries to sync for updates with facebook an error pops up in the notification bar and says "could not update from facebook server unavailable"
The interesting thing is it actually does still update the timescape and can still post updates to FB Tried a factory reset of my phone and the issue is still there
Is there any way to get timescape to open the facebook app instead of the web browser when a facebook "leaf" is touched. I have it set that Twidroid will open for twitter "leaves" but I can't figure out how to get it to use the Facebook app.
